Arby’s

Good place for a Sunday night meal. Good value for what you pay. Ordered off snack menu.

This is the best Arbys in existence. I’ve never, ever had a bad cut of meat. This is very untypical for most arbys. Usually every few visits you get some sub par ingredients. This place has been solid for the two years I’ve lived in Tomball. It’s so worth the extra drive PAST the Tomball Arbys to eat at one where somebody is putting a serious effort into pleasing Arbys customers!

We have been going to this Arby’s since it
kids love this place cause it’s different. McDonald’s and chic fil a get old after a while. Always had great service and great, fresh food!
However, when my kids and I went the other day and the store manager, Collis Whitfield was not there, we did not have a great experience. They gave my son the wrong order, my salad bowl was half filled and looked like leftovers.
They fixed the issues with no problems. I know we are all human and make mistakes but, It would be nice if all the employees were trained to get things done according to this store managers standards.
I definitely recommend this place! Not your typical fast food, but it’s still fast!

Open sign still on website says they close at midnight. It’s 11:15. I pull up to drive thru recording comes on with there special. I say my order and all the lights turn off. I pull up to the window and manager is giving me the no more sign and shaking his head no. Fucking ridiculous. They need to get their hours straight on their damn website and at least talk to their customers when their sign even says open.

Pretty clean. Had a #7 amd it was fantastic. The service was awesome. The guy at the counter was so happy and singing. Really, better service than what you’d expect at a fast food place.

Went through the drive-​through ordered at market fresh sandwich with a side salad but I got them side salad it wasn’t even a quarter of the way full in the bowl four bites and it was gone. Service was good sandwich was good very disappointed and salad

Service is fine, the roast beef is always good.
Nice and clean place, well kept up.
only thing, I guess I am not a French fry guy, too much oil for my taste… otherwise the place is worth coming back to…

I’m originally from Oklahoma and grew up with Arby’s as a staple. Since moving here, I have noticed Texans don’t seem to appreciate Arbys quite like we Okies do. Not really sure why. Its a great fast food choice for those of us who avoid fast food but find ourselves in a pinch and need a decent and somewhat healthy choice. I normally only get one thing — medium roast beef with potato cakes. Once in awhile I get he curly fries. Occasionally a market fresh turkey sandwich. Always enjoy them.
This particular location seems to have pretty helpful and friendly employees. They were a little slow this particular night — went through the drive through — but the guy in front of me ordered half the menu so I’m sure that slowed them down a bit. It was also getting close to closing time. All in all — for what it is — Love this Arbys.

I sometimes find myself in a situation where I’m eating bad food with people I don’t really like, and I just sit there and think…
I wish I was at an Arbys, cause there’s better food and cooler people.

I have recently been back a few times and what keeps me coming back is the service. You just don’t expect that in fast food. My husband and I got a coupon and then changed our mind and decided to use a different coupon and they handled it with ease. They make everything quickly and they actually do it with a smile. I think we will keep going back, it is never crowded and I don’t look down at the puddle of grease dripping off things after I am done and feel bad.
