Pulled in because our check engine light came and the car overheated. The guys working Doug and Cary came out and not only hooked up the computer to blow the check engine codes, but stayed and troubleshooted the engine for over 15mins and eventually found the problem! They had the appropriate parts in store and we left with the problem solved. Best experience Ive ever had at ANY auto parts store. Thanks to Doug and Cary!

I’m a huge Autozon fan because they are always friendly and helpful but unfortunately this one wasn’t. I asked a guy for some help and he stood behind the counter and shrugged his shoulders and lifted his hand and stared at me for a brief moment. I said forget it and then he walked up to me and said sir I need to input what you are looking for in the computer. By this point I was frustrated and told him I didn’t need his help. As I paid for my things I said who is the manager and Charles said I am. I smiled and said this is ridiculous. Let me speak to your manager. Charles gave me his info and I told the him to fake like he likes working here next time.
