I absolutely love bringing my kids here after school. This place has all 31 flavors and more. Staff is kind and fast. Love the double scoop free waffle special.

Great ice cream selections but the staff is obviously just there for a paycheck– they were rude and not very helpful at all. I am very indecisive so I asked the worker to give me some time to look around and help the other customers and he just rolled his eyes and apparently that was not the answer he wanted… While my boyfriend and I were hanging out and eating our ice cream the staff was sitting down at a table in the corner… The shop was also not very clean.

There is a newer Baskin Robbins closer to my house, but I’ll drive the extra distance (even with the excited knuckleheaded kids) to go to this one. The other one doesn’t seem to have as much selection and the folks there are not nearly as friendly as the folks at this location.
My only gripe is with their current special (by two scoops and get a waffle cone.) That special only applies to a cone, not a waffle bowl even though they are the same price on the menu.

I love this location for the smiles and wonderful customer service that is always offered. I’m pretty sure the ice cream is the same at each location, but the customer service here is beyond reproach.

I really appreciate Baskin Robbins — yummy, affordable ice cream. Lots of fun, creative, and seasonal flavors. They make my favorite rainbow sherbet and I really like the pralines ‘n cream. My all-time favorite BR flavor is the Love Potion 31 that comes out around Valentine’s Day — little chocolate hearts, filled with raspberry goo! Mmmmmm.
This particular location is fine.

It’s not gelato, so I am very critical. But it is old school ice cream. And the cookies and cream milkshake is one of the best things on a warm day when you are nearby waiting on people to get their act together and show up on time to a meeting.
Unilocal app told me that my conehead badge was fading. So I rectified the problem for now since gelato was too far away with the time that I had. I won’t let gelato be far from my grasp if I am able, but if not, then this works just as well.

Still the best for kids and groups. all kinds of flavors great service and do they still have butter pecan, english toffee and daquri Ice…
Plus new flavors and in Burbank, Ca, they have a training school as its a big deal over there.
