Never, never have I been spoken to by a person with an obvious problem. I spoke to a sales person who agreed I should get the article my wife had picked up for the large printed size price of $ 2.99 instead of the faint price which could hardly be read of $ 13.99. He said he had to get the department manager, who on arrival was obviously going to object to anything we said, in fact virtually calling us liar’s but offering a 20% discount instead. I informed him, this is not the way it works in Texas, you have to sell it for the main price which in this case was $ 2.99. He informed us someone had moved the items as he set them up originally and knew how they were. Unfortunately before I could take a photo with my phone he very quickly moved the merchandise and ripped off the $ 2.99 ticket. So if anyone goes to this store be very careful, take a photo before saying anything to anyone and watch out for the supposed general manager MARK, because in our opinion he is not what he pretends to be. I now intend to write a review to the 122,900 people on twitter about the store

Future brides beware! Do not register here, as they will tell you they can offer you cash back for your registry items, but once you come back to return any, cash back is not an option. This isn’t a big deal if you are not relying on that as an option, but that was a big factor as to why i registered here. The manager they had on hand was extremely rude to me for even asking for cash back. I definitely will not be giving this location any of my business.

Nice place and very floral smelling entrance(You will see what I mean about the floral smell when you enter the store or walk past the cash-register). Well informed staff, very organized and overall excellent shopping experience. Thank you.

If it is between this BB&B and the one at 8 and I10, I’d choose this one any day. It’s pretty spacious and has a nice large selection of items. There was only one other person in front of us in line and the manager opened another to check us out. They always have a nice sale on sheets and always have that odd household item that your local grocery store might be missing. That and some good chocolate near the registers!

Bed Bath and Beyond sells just what it says… home wares. It’s located just north of West Oaks mall near Best Buy. There is plenty of parking and we headed in for a few items for our home. The store was organized and not junky. It’s so easy for Bed, Bath & Beyond to start looking like a junk shop if they don’t constantly tidy the place, but this one looked just fine. We found what we needed, and of course, we were distracted by other things we thought we needed. The problem with that is the CRICKETS. Yes, crickets. This store has a serious infestation. I walked through the towels and there were crickets on the towels, on the floor, and hopping down the aisles. I was relieved that they weren’t roaches and I’m actually totally fine with crickets, but I don’t think they belong in the towel section. As I continued through the store, I was distracted by some patio furniture and was about to try out a chair, when I was once again startled by more crickets. They were lounging on the patio furniture. As I left the store I noticed that there were crickets all around the registers and doors. If you have a hopping bug phobia, this isn’t the store for you. The lady who checked us out was very nice. When they saw there were a few people waiting, they quickly got more cashiers. Overall, I would shop here again, I just won’t bring anyone who is afraid of bugs.
