Bella’s Beauty Salon

I initially came to Bella’s salon because of a Groupon purchase. Amber spent some time looking at my hair and some pictures I brought in. She spent a lot of time making sure she understood my hair goals and needs before she started working, which I really appreciated.
She did such a great job! I am going from a dark brown/​black to an ice blonde color and am wanting to maintain as much of my hair integrity as possible. I am taking the process super slow. Doing all that and making it look pretty is not easy for any stylist. I am confident that Amber has the skill to make it look great at every step of the process.
I went back in today to have her put toner in my hair to brighten the color before having engagement pictures taken tomorrow.
She is super attentive and gets great results while being really delicate with your hair. I am really tender headed so it’s nice to finally have found a stylist who is gentle with me.
Amber is really attentive and caring. She knows how to make you look like your best possible self — and will keep your hair healthy while doing it.
I also made an appointment to get my nails done today, and Priscilla did a really great job. She helped me pick out a neutral, pretty color (I am really indecisive) and she is super sweet and friendly.
Priscilla and Amber do great work. They are now the only people I will be going to for my hair/​nail needs in the Houston area.
They also do hair and make up for events which is wonderful. I will be doing a bridal trial here later this year and am confident that it will go well. These ladies are super attentive and have great customer service.

Absolutely WORST experience I have EVER had. I spent a long time before my appointment going over what I wanted for my hair cut and color. I even had pictures showing what I wanted. Not only does my hair look NOTHING like the pictures (in color or cut) it looks absolutely terrible. I have never had such a bad color in my entire life. And to top it off, I was there for F-​I-​V-​E hours. I finally left at 9:30PM, cutting my hair cut short and trying not to cry. My hair is ruined for Mother’s Day weekend and I am now going to have to find someone to fix this mess. I have never been truly embarrassed about my hair until now.

Came here to get my nails done. Bought a groupon for shellac and made an appointment. Made my appointment at 10 which is the time they open, which I felt was a bit late to open but I don’t know. I arrived early because I wasn’t sure where this place is. Got a little lost but found my way. They opened 5 minutes after 10, which I was okay with being that I was in no rush.
The lady got me started by removing the old shellac. I asked if she had time to do a pedicure since the groupon was only for a manicure with shellac. She said yes, woo hoo! While the foil was on my fingers she started on my toes. She was great and the color came out great!
After she finished with my toes she did my shellac. I was amazed by all the colors they had! I chose the color «Molly» which I fell in love with the minute I saw it! I was going to do something more fall like but this color got my attention.
She pushes back the cuticles and cuts any hang nails. She was amazing! I’m willing to drive 30 minutes away for her services!
I even tipped her extra because I enjoyed my experience!

I stumbled upon this salon because of a groupon. This location is fairly new (about 8 mos old) and is kind of hidden on westheimer. Since there is only one manicurist, you have to make an appointment beforehand because of her groupon popularity. Anyways, I made it to my appointment on time and was greeted by a woman at the front desk. I later found out she is the owner. I had to wait 15 minutes after my appointment time which annoyed me, but the manicurist was awesome. She was very nice and talkative, which is different from other salons. She worked fast and asked me if I wanted another coat of polish (which duh I said yes to). I didn’t get her name, but I wasnt as annoyed after my manicure and tipped her more than I originally intended. I’m definitely a fan!
