Bellfort Apartments

Six years I spent in these apts even though I was planning to live there only 2yrs in 2009. To recap a bit my experience, I must say that one non personal reason I stayed was due to the fact that many of the previous office clerks were fired or laid off. The last 4 years leading up to now, the manager, the staff and maintenance has improved. Apt issues were fix promptly and the staff are professional and friendly. The only problems are the minimal parking spaces, no visible security on premises at night, the rent is getting to high for that side of town, they need to fumigate because of the roach problem in some bldgs and the after hour operators are the worst! you won’t get anything done with them unless your apt is on fire maybe (serious). I got so tired of keeping my apt really clean the roaches kept coming (life in older apts I guess). Overall Bellfort Apts are the nicest apts to live in a 15 miles radius. Refer a friend and you get $ 300.00 off every month if you can. I do not regret the years I lived there. A very special thanks to Mary (Manager) and Cheyla for taking care of issues quickly, courteously and professionally, you ladies are the best!
