I HATE buying pants. It’s so difficult to find a pair of pants that fit correctly. When I do find the perfect size and fit, I order them in every color. But guess what! Most stores have zero continuity in their sizes, even within the same style of pants.
Enter Bonobos. I stopped into the Houston guide shop to just look around. Unlike the other stores in River Oaks, the salespeople in Bonobos were so friendly and waited on my hand and foot. I was assigned a personal shopper. I told him exactly what I wanted, and he gave me his recommendation. I found the perfect fit in my size, and they all fit EXACTLY THE SAME.
The only thing I wasn’t familiar with is that this is a «guide shop». The salespeople basically assist you with finding your perfect fit and then order online. If you spend enough (which is easy to do) you get free 2-​day shipping. Also, the return policy is painless.
I can’t say enough about my shopping experience here. Top notch.
