Brisa at Shadowlake Apartments

Terrible terrible place! Not only is the management rude towards renters but they dont seem to care much for them either. Parking situation is ridiculous and very limited so its basically like they’d rather not have you bring any guests over because they’ll tow them. Truthfully i believe they have some kind of deal going on with the tow company who they allow on their property and they make their cut off of everybody they tow. Soo many empty available spaces but they dont care. Ive had 2 family members get towed from here and it was expensive.
Secondly their security sucks! Several units have been broken into and they dont do anything about it! Gates stay open and there is no security around or on site.
For the money I wouldn’t recommend living here at all! They’re not customer friendly, customer family friendly and they dont care about anything but you paying rent monthly and seeing who they can tow from any parking spaces! Better apts with better customer service and security right down the street from here!
