California Dreams Studio Salon

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! California Dream Studio deserves a negative rating. I made an appointment at California Dreams Studio a week in advance with a stylist named Jon for myself and a friend from work. One of our appointments was at 5:00 the other at 5:30. We arrived promptly at 5:00 and told one of the stylists that were in the back that we both had appointments with Jon. She said «OK». We sat in the waiting area for over thirty minutes and no one came back to check on us… It is now 5:30. There were two more stylists sitting and chatting in the back and only one cutting hair. We decided to leave based on the poor customer service and the salon was filthy. I told one of the stylist that we were leaving and she said Jon wasn’t even there. So, they basically were going to let us sit there all night. We l left very disappointed in the condition of the salon and the quality of service we received. I booked these appointments based on ratings on google and you can’t believe anything you read. I am so glad that I didn’t book an appointment online that required a credit card to hold the appointment because I would have been charged without a stylist. DO NOT go to California Dream Studio if you want a clean environment and great customer service.
