Some of the best and cheapest breakfast tacos I’ve ever had! Regular here in the morning. Pick up a quick energy drink at the gas station and two tacos from here and am ready to go. Always nice, warm and made fresh in front of you. Make sure you get one red and one green sauce. Good thing about this place is lack of huge line you see at some of the nearby brick and mortar restaurants.

I had the fajita tacos. The tacos are $ 1.50 each and come with the usual chopped onion, cilantro, lime wedges and green and red hot sauces. They weren’t bad except that the fajita meat was a bit grisly/​chewy, but I was disappointed considering the other reviews…

We hired Carino for my husband’s 40^th birthday. We couldn’t be more happy… the food was amazing (beef and chicken tacos) and the ambiance was perfect. We would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a fun catering option. They were a pleasure to work with, as they showed up on time, brought all the necessary serving pieces (plates, napkins, forks, etc), and were very gracious to our guests. We had several friends get their contact information for upcoming events. Highly, highly recommend!

We hired Carino for our Halloween party. Everyone enjoyed the food! Chicken and beef tacos were awesome! We especially liked the sides that were offered to put on the tacos.

I live in the apartment complex across the street and tried this food truck this morning. They have DELICIOUS breakfast tacos and Mr. Carino is very nice. I highly recommend checking this truck out!

We tried the tacos at Carino’s on Heights as sort of a taste test since we were looking for a taco truck for a birthday party. The tacos were delicious so we decided to book. The costs were in line with other taco trucks and booking was easy. A positive is that at least Carinos has a web site, as you will see most food trucks don’t, just Facebook. The truck is neat looking and adds quite a bit of ambiance to an affair. It is so much better than one of the older looking trashy trucks. It made the party more interesting. Rafael the cook/​owner is a nice guy and very accomodating.
WOW! The food was great. The truck comes out for two hours (you can probably pay & add more time) and our guests were allowed to eat as much as they wanted, which is what we were told. They related that the beef fajita meat that they use is a more tender and prime cut than what they typically serve out of the truck on a normal business day. EVERYBODY was pleased and the beef and chicken fajitas were fantastic. They came with all the trimmings and we had chips, salsa, queso, guacamole, rice, and beans… and more. The menu varys depending on what you want them to serve. We highly recommend this truck for any catering event!

The food is delicious! Highly recommended! Definitely not your ordinary taco truck. :)
