This chipotle is great! Super clean, fast, and great customer service. Especially got great service from Uriel who was working the register today when I stopped in. The good facility plus Uriel’s great customer service are why I will definitely be back to this location!

My friend and I got food poisoning 3 days ago at this location. Food was okay. They were nice enough to remake our order because we were running late and didn’t want to pick it up cold(not sure if it was actually re-made though).

The boyfriend and I decided to give this location a try, despite the warnings from fellow Unilocalers. Verdict? Mediocre at best. I can’t even put my finger on it, but something tasted off. We both agreed that it wasn’t bad, but wasn’t satisfying as Chipotle almost always is for us. Maybe it was the chicken or the veggies, who knows. Chipotle in general is such a simple concept, I don’t understand how you can mess up the food. My guess is that management needs to be improved in order to up the quality in food being served. Only pro here is that it’s literally a 3 minute drive for us. I would come here only with the convenience factor in mind. If my tummy can wait, I’ll gladly make the drive to the location on Heights Blvd.

What kind of service is this? I feel like as if im at a subway; stingy and customer service down the damn drain… Extra $ 2 charge for an «extra» scoop of chicken. WHAT A RIP.

My first time visiting this location. My first visit wasn’t what I’ve come to expect from Chipotle. My issues came from the employees talking loud and acting unprofessional and the food not tasting good for the price that was paid. My burrito was cold and the rice was hard. I’ve been to many different Chipotles and they always have so much to choose from as far as toppings but this Chipotle seemed to be missing a lot of ingredients.

If I could rate it lower I would. Worst service ever. I understand the lunchtime rush but if I have to wait for a large group order to be fulfilled while their regular line backs up, I’ll never come here again, 11:35 I showed up and 11:50 they decided to fulfill someone else’s group/catering order right in front of me.

I don’t like to write bad reviews but this chipotle sucks! Employees are totally irrespectful in all aspects they are loud they say bas words in the line, the cashier was doing something on the fountain drink and aske me to wait untill she finish sonI can pay, I wait like 5 minutess and my food was getting cold and it was MYTIME! There is a guy wearing shorts and talking loud to all the employees obviously I think he is a manager but definitely he is the rotten apple of the place. The restaurant is dirty from floor to tables. Worst Chipotle ever!!! If you want to know about my food. Rice not well cook, burn and horrible meat!

Just finished a chicken burrito, and am certain the chicken was not marinated. Normally at Chipotle the chicken by itself has a delightful flavor. Staff not particularly interested in listening to my order. Music from the kitchen boom box competing with the music from the speakers. This location is not being managed well.

This probably isn’t the best Chipotle I’ve been to, but I know not to expect the same service as I would from a high end place. It’s fast food and there’s usually a line so the workers are trying their best to get them in and out. The burritos are inconsistent(some fat and short, some long and thin). Honestly I think it depends on the mood of your server really. One Friday afternoon, a co-worker and I came in and the lady said we looked hungry and she gave us twice the amount of meat that we would normally get. Can’t complain about that! The quality of the meat isn’t bad enough for me to complain about. It’s been pretty consistent for me, but then again I do go to this one more than any other. Maybe the grass is greener on the other side. My expectation isn’t too high. I just want my steak burrito/bowl and I’m out.

Close to my place. The service is fast and the place is clean. Giving it four stars because they ran out of cheese last time I went there. Every time I eat here I’m full and satisfied.

I love Chipotle. But this location is just not good I’ve given it several tries within months from each time that I’ve gone back and each time it was a disappointment. The first time the meat was way over seasoned and salty, the staff was kind of ghetto and rude. The portions were served way too big. The second time I went I didn’t even get food I just went for the chips and guac the guac was good but the chips had no lime salt seasoning on it I asked if they could season my chips for me and they went back there squeeze some lime on there and sprinkle some salt so I was given back a bag of soggy chips totally sucks.

I ordered a chicken bowl and the meat was charred. I like my meat thoroughly cooked but many pieces were black and crispy. Even though I had a bowl with topping(rice, beans, corn, lettuce, pico and guac) I could still taste the burnt chicken. The girls were friendly consodering hiw bisy it was bit it was not Chipotle quality

I always usually put my order in online or use the app on my phone. Everyone is courteous and gracious and now they know me by my name when I walk in. I also received a free meal for being a good customer. I was reading some of these comments and not really sure what occurred to them and on what day buy I have NEVER had a problem here.

I’m so disappointed, every time I go. I keep trying to have faith they’ll get their act together. Here’s where, while even as a chain, it all goes wrong… 1. The food is not up to standard, it’s just not. I find myself microwaving it when I get home because I always find a piece of meat that is quite suspect when it comes to being fully cooked. But not the veggies, they’re blackened beyond recognition most times. 2. While the staff has always been friendly, once they’ve passed me on to the next person they’re messing with each other, talking trash about people in their lives(not customers that I can tell). This is a job, not a place to kill time while you earn money… I don’t need to hear you talk about how much you can’t stand someone. 3. It’s just so close/convenient I go back, but I’m just going to have to stop and go back to the one on Heights. Maybe I’ll try back in a month or two to see if you’ve gotten your act together? Likely I’ll just check Unilocal reviews until I think it’s safe. Seriously, the convince loses out to poor quality eventually and I think I’ve hit this point. Those are my three cents…

DONTGOEATHERE! I learned my lesson the hard way. I completed ignored the reviews since it’s a chain restaurant and they are everywhere. I figured that people were over exaggerating so I guess this is my own fault. I got the chicken bowl. A couple hours after eating here, my stomach started hurting and cramping… I won’t go into details but I officially have food poisoning. Next day, wake up still with cramping and other food poisoning side effects. Needless to say, don’t eat here unless you want to hurt hours later or the next day.

Every Chipotle I’ve ever been to is the same as far as quality EXCEPT for this one. Customer service was horrible but more importantly the chicken was actually inedible. Burnt and had the skin still on. Threw ¾ of it away. Avoid.

It’s a chipotle. Nothing too exciting about it. The building seems pretty new. If not, it’s definitely clean and maintained. Parking is eh, mostly compact car only.

We are long time fans of this chain, and it’s probably the only national restaurant chain we regularly visit. But here’s the tl;dr review. We’ve been going back to the location in The Heights instead of this one(which is in Shady Grove, NOT The Heights, BTW). The service was okay, it’s not like the staff weren’t nice. But one time we went they didn’t ask if we were dining in or wanted it to go, they just bagged it. Another time they didn’t set up our eating in right(I can’t remember, maybe they didn’t give each of us the plastic trays). These aren’t big deals by themselves, but they show a lack of training. More importantly, my burrito just wasn’t good. I don’t know what was wrong with it, but it wasn’t up to Chipotle standards. We were very excited when we saw this location was coming, as we live on the other side of 610 from there. But for now we’ll make the longer trip to The Heights until this location gets up to snuff, if it does.

A new location located off 610 and Ella Blvd, the staff is new and still needs more training. It’s what you’ve come to expect from a Chipotle.
