It’s not bad for a quick lunch, my parents liked it. The only thing is that vegies were not fresh.

Let’s start off with the«You get what You pay for» here. It’s not New York Pizzaria where You pay $ 6 for a slice it’s where I pay $ 6.50 for a buffet and My cub eats free bc He’s two* My favorite is the spinach alfredo and now it even comes as a flat bread. My baby likes the zesty pepperoni and hamburger Alfredo because it’s not messy or saucy and He can pick the meat right off. There’s not many places You can eat a buffet and order a special pizza of Your liking too for less then $ 10 if any for that matter so to all You complainers if You want prestigious service and perfection when You arrive here every time then this isn’t the establishment for You but if You appreciate good quality pizza and have the patience and knowledge that it may sometimes be a hit or miss depending on how busy the location is, the hour of day it is and how well staffed it is too. Check the hours and learn the locations before complaining. Cici’s is awesome and has been around this long for a reason* I would have given five stars but bc there isn’t consistent availability of all selections at all locations I’m only giving four. Especially the cinnamon rolls. I so hate when They are burnt The brownie recipe has fell off too*

Horrible place! No pizzas for over 20 minutes? Why are they fulfilling the phone orders first? I complained and they didn’t even say anything. I only got one plate of salad for $ 9! Such a dirty place! Yuck!

I went here today thinking i was gonna get a good deal and also a good tasting pizza but what i got was something bland. I mean the cheese was boring, the sauce was very light and ok to the taste but not worth anyones hard working money. My suggestion for anyone that wants to eat here is to do the buffet and thats even suspect because of some of the wierd people that come in there hoovering over the buffet.

I know it’s low budget pizza buffet but it’s just not up to any standards. including the lowest. The lettuce is wilted, no variety of veggies, low selection of pizzas, 3 out of the 4 flavors of the soda machine do not work, and the sweat tea was out as well on our visit… We told the front person that they were out and she simply put the tea dispenser in the back and ignored it. Waste of my money. not coming back.

I wish I could give this place no stars. By far the worst CiCis I ever been to. Ever since I was little, CiCis seemed to be hip and jolly– a big greeting at the door, pizza flowing, everyone happy. Not this location. They have the weakest pizza, the weakest employees, the weakest music. The weakest everything. Go somewhere else dont waste your money here.

Not worth it, especially with a few people. Just order a pizza from somewhere else. Took the step-daughter yesterday. Bloody awful. The white sauce for the pasta made me want to gag, almost instantly.(I was hoping for Alfredo, got sweet and sour cream. Grossss.) Salad was ok, I guess, all iceberg. I was kind of hoping for that«Mac and Cheese» pizza I remembered from being a kid. Didn’t see it. Pizza was soggy, sauce was unseasoned. Food fit for toddlers. Totally. It reminded me of having frozen dinners or school lunches. Plus I was sick all day afterwards. Do not recommend.

This was the worst Cicis I have ever been to! Nasty is the only adjective I can think of. They were out of salad, out of pasta, very few pizzas that were nasty and cold. It was 7:00 pm you would think they would be prepared for a dinner crowd. There were only about 6 other people in the place besides us.

I have two kiddos who love pizza, so I come here often enough to know that you cant beat the price. However, their service and quality has been going down consistently; To those who are not familiar with CiCi’s it is a buffet, but you can also request a pizza to be made just for you and it is brought to your table. Well the last 3 times we’ve visited they have gotten the order wrong, and they are pretty horrible at utilizing empathy. Aside from the specialty orders being incorrect; lets get back to the basics, this place is a buffet. However if you visit, you’ll notice that they have very little selection and what they do have on the display seems to have been sitting there for hours. They are always short on the desserts(my kiddos have been disappointed more than once). To the management, I really use to like this location when you guys first opened up not too long ago. But your staff needs to be re-examined, both the managers and employees. It is not up to par to other cici’s pizza that I’ve visited around the Houston area. Just my two cents.

It’s ok if you’re on a budget. Took my nephew here yesterday. He’s only four and didn’t like it. Pizza was cold and bland. The only thing I like was the price

Some of the pizza in the buffet bar was probably sitting there for a while, but the manager replace them and ask us for request so I think it’s alright

In the Sprouts Grocery store center on the corner. I found the staff to be very unhelpful and borderline rude. I had just picked up my niece and was running a few errands, and asked her what she wanted for dinner. She said pizza, and since we were shopping at Sprouts beforehand, I figured why not stop at CiCi’s? This location seems new, but it might have just had a make-over? I went in knowing they had a few meal deals going on, and when I asked about them the server and what appeared to be the manager just pointed to a sign. I also asked for a list of what pizzas they could make, and again they pointed to said deal sign instead of a menu. So I had to ask for a verbal response, and was only given a few. I finally heard a veggie option so just went with that. After I paid I could see behind the cash register a sign with all the options. Wish I had been pointed to or had seen that one. It would also be helpful for those with vision issues like me to be able to have a print menu that I can see more clearly. The pizzas, were good enough. I think I paid about $ 16 for a deal that had two large pizzas and cheesy bread. But with the staff, I think I might avoid this location in the future.
