Cole Haan

Horrible customer service! If you don’t know how to talk to people then don’t work in retail. The man working in this store is clueless about the products being sold here. Very rude as well! I would’ve expected more from Cole Haan to hire rude, incompetent ppl to run their stores. Will not be returning to this location.

Rosa helped me and was very attentive with my shoe shopping experience. All of the sales associates, actually, were very warm and friendly and asked if I had been helped if I was standing looking at the shoes. I love Cole Haan and have always bought them at Nordstrom for the exclusives, but this store also has some of the necessary shoes that they don’t sell anywhere else (the Manhattan) and I’m glad I purchased them here!

Bling bling!
This is not where you come for your first pair of big boy shoes. After you actually start wearing corporate attire and figure out what looks good versus what feels good and all that, then you come here when you have some money aside to waste on something that will functionally do nothing for you, but will make you feel good about yourself. It is called shoe therapy for a reason to blow money on shoes, when the same amount could buy you the Pokemon White bundle package at GameStop.
People that pay attention to this kind of stuff think better of you if you wear this label. That’s a good thing according to my paralegal …

This Cole Haan store is located in Galleria I on the 2^nd floor overlooking the ice skating rink. I have been in this store many many times. I have had a Cole Haan purse I’ve used for years. It’s just worn out, and I’ve gone to Cole Haan many times looking for a replacement. I look other places too, but I do like a good Cole Haan purse. Today I went in again and noticed the spring season of bags are really cute! I tried several purses. While I was trying the purses, I noticed something I’ve always noticed in this store and others like it… Salespeople pick and choose who they spend their time and effort with based on their appearance. I understand that they work on commission, but it doesn’t to be to the neglect of some customers. Some salespeople seem more attentive and less shark like than others.
I ended up not purchasing a bag, not because of the service but because I just didn’t fall in love with the bag.
This Cole Haan has shoes, purses, small pieces of luggage, and some other accessories.
