Over the last several years, I have collected quite the group of dings, scrapes, dents, broken mirrors etc., on my precious Chrysler 300. I thought that since I was going to pay for them to be repaired out of pocket, that I would do so close to home and while on vacation with a rental. I originally had planned to have all the work done which would have cost me around $ 1700(no second estimate), but thought that I would just have some material things done(mirror and rocker bar) this time around. Robert, the estimator was/is professional, detailed and understanding when I decided to reduce the size of the job. He recommended a rental agency that would drop a vehicle off with a discount attached to bringing our vehicle to him. When I came back into town to pick up vehicle, only part of the work was done,(but done very well and at a fair price) but no fault of the shop as some parts were on national back order. I need to mention here that I dread body shops only second to the experience of actually buying the vehicle but Robert made me feel very comfortable and explained everything in detail and was communicative about how long and how much. I would recommend these folks, just do your best to pin them down as far as availability of parts, etc.
