CVS pharmacy

Awful. Customer service is terrible! Went in to grab a quick gift card for a baby shower and was asking a question about paying for it half and half on 2 separate cards. Older woman cashier started losing her patience with me and treating me poorly like a criminal because I was asking a question. I understand security, but compromising your customer service for it won’t do well for anyone. Im mid 20s, purchasing a baby shower hallmark card and gift card to accompany it… Highly unlikely I resemble the criminal standing behind me. Won’t be back if the elderly cashier is working to treat me poorly.

If there was an option for zero stars you bet I would click that! Awful customer service. The two gentlemen at the checkout counter really made me feel embarrassed. For such a great company, CVS hired some asshole employees. I will never come back to this location again and will make sure to let everyone I know to go to a different location.

The passport photo suck! Off focus and he didn’t event wait for the photos to dry before went to cut it. Not to mention do not accept phone coupon with bar code. I will never go back no matter what!

I’ve never had a problem here; the staff are routinely friendly & accommodating. I live close by, so I drop by here often. They even make change for me when I need it!

This Pharmacy sucks. My wife went there to get some OTC meds. for our preteen daughter. She wanted to talk to the pharmacist at the consultation window. When he (Roshan)saw her he asked her to tell him the problem while he was 10 ft away doing something else and wanted her to yell out the problem, which was not an acceptable form of communication given the sensitive nature of the problem. Rude. Sparing the details, he suggested a med that was not appropriate for the condition and caused my daughter great pain. When my wife returned to the store to tell him the result of his recommendation he was rude again and said he gave her what she wanted. He acted like he couldn’t care less about the pain he caused. Maybe its a cultural thing. Or maybe he is just an incompetent A-​hole. I don’t know where this guy went to school but the pharmacy guys I know in college were much better than this guy, and they were still in school!
May be a good place to get drinks and smokes but I would not trust them with anything from the pharmacy. Stay away!

Worst CVS ever, there’s this over weight white old lady there that is rude, ignorant, and very racist. Who hires these people, can’t believe there’s people like this. Horrible customer service.

I would have gave it 5 stars if the same people were there I usually go there in the morning for a pack of smokes in a Gatorade they used to see me in know what I was getting in have my pack up there in talk to me for about 3 – 5 mins. Now I go there they are cleaning are what not in I have to stand at the register for sometimes 5 mins before they even notice me. The prices here are kinda crazy high. I do love the ice cream sale though blue bell 3 for 5 on the pints size that’s an amazing deal to me at least I still come here often since its so close to me but I really miss the old employees.

Very convenient location and they always have what I’m looking for!
