The absolute worst dairy queen in the city! Dirty and terrible customer service! Amazed that they charge to add onion but don’t subtract when you order no mayo or lettuce! Don’t waste your time or money here!

They have a variety of ice cream cones to choose from, of course. Very clean bathrooms but their actual food, such as their hamburgers, could be more fresh. Especially their fries.

We came on the Fourth of July for a mid-day treat. There was one person in line before us and we didn’t have to wait long after that. We ordered three blizzards and they were ready within a few minutes. I had the brownie batter blizzard and it was yummy! No drive thru but everything else seemed fine.

Even though there’s no drive through it’s a great place just to take a seat and enjoy the ice cream and food. New owners they are very nice and friendly. Will continue going to this Dairy Queen.

Food is cool… Don’t understand why they don’t have a drive thru. Don’t understand why it’s three employees in here… I’m from Dallas and we have alot of Dairy Queens that stay open late and have drive thru… idk just different from what I’m use too… this is just a weird location for a DQ… the customer service is okay they are just understaffed… This is an update after I tried to place my order on a Tuesday how do you run out of tacos on a Tuesday wtf. I won’t ever come here again says alot about the inventory mgr. And or the store mgr. Wtf

So the cashier who takes me order has her head being propped up by her arm the entire time. I ask her for the menu items my husband found on the online menu, and it’s pretty ridiculous that they don’t have the same stuff as it says online. I know certain locations vary but what my husband ordered, I had to substitute for something similar, both for food and shake! I told her to wait a second while I checked with him about what shake he wanted cause the one online isn’t available, and I ask for banana as a substitute. No banana, I ask for caramel, she heavily sighs and says yes. Mind you she doesn’t even turn around to ask her other coworkers to be 100% sure they don’t have it. Pretty dead for a famous restaurant but they need to change staff! Pretty pathetic. Guess we’ll see how the food tastes when I get home.

this is probably the worst DQ of them all. sign says they close at 8pm but it’s more like 7:45 pm. my husband and i got there around 7:35 and they were already signaling us to hurry up and eat so that they can close. Wow. on top of that, they’re not open on Sundays.

I’ve been coming to this specific location for years. They recently changed owners and it shows. The staff is lazy, they aren’t polite, they don’t care if you come back. They have employees on personal phone calls standing around. The food isn’t bad but the wait is ridiculous. I work around the way from here so hopefully they can get things worked out and soon. Edit: they got my order wrong and the girl at the counter took all the condiments out of my bag. Not sure if I’ll be coming back.

Worst DQ ever!!! Best part of my meal was bottled water. When you make a blizzard it’s supposed to be thick enough to turn upside down. Mine was melted before it arrived.

This Dairy Queen was completely crowded when we walked in. They have a lot of food and ice cream choices. I settled for the strawberry cheesecake blizzard which to my surprise was pretty good with frozen strawberries and cheese quake squares mixed in. The only weird thing was they demanded cash for under $ 5 order which wasn’t posted anywhere in their store.

My biggest issue with this particular location is that they close at 8pm. Who does that? I am pregnant and was craving a blizzard. Rolled up at 7:58pm to find they’d already locked the doors. Not cool. Any self-respecting restaurant should be open at least until 9. What is this, Mayberry?

BAD experience. Had to wait forever for meal(fast food? me thinks not.) and the girl made my blizzard FIRST and left it sitting behind the counter, so when she rang the bell and gave me my food + blizzard it was melty. I tried to explain the problem to her and she didn’t speak much English so it was a communication fail. Won’t go back to this one.

Dairy Queen’s commercial worked. They were advertising a 2.99 special for a hamburger and fries combo and it got my attention. My hubby and I have never been to a DQ, so we figured we give a try. We went at noon on Saturday. It was already packed. As soon as we finished our order, the rest of the lunch crowd came in. I was really excited because I love burgers and was looking for a cheap meal! My two stars should explain how I feel about this place. It’s a more personable version of Jack in the Box. The lady at the cash register was nice — probably the wife of the owner. The menu includes burgers, fries, grilled chicken sandwiches, chicken fingers, steak fingers and tacos. Everyhing is made fresh to order, but the quality is not any better than Jack. I still enjoyed my juicy cheeseburger that came with ripe tomatoes and purple onions. I am glad I got the burger for a deal because I would not want to pay $ 2.79 for a burger that tastes just like the $ 1.59 burger down the street. Only reason why I would return to this place — — I ordered the Butterfinger Blizzard and it was delicious! While I was dining in DQ, the majority of the patrons ordered Blizzards, so DQ must be doing something right! Blizzards options: Oreo Strawberry Cheesecake Snickers Caramel M&Ms Butterfinger Oh, another note! I was was people watching while I was there and noticed that DQ has all sorts of clientele — including: newly wed couples — me and my hubby elderly couples teenage boys — so cute with their braces! elderly couples a man driving a red farrari elderly couples mail carriers did I mention elderly couples? nurses
