Poor alternation services! Stick to ONLY dryclean at this place!
I brought in a black dress with lace lining, to get a ripped fixed. They patched the hole up with a different material on the dress. I wouldn’t be making such a big deal if you can’t see it, but that’s part of the dress. The lace lining at the bottom of dress! See pic.
They completely ruined my dress! Getting a refund for the service won’t fix it! They will need to undo the patch so I can take it somewhere else!
