Domino’s Pizza

DO NOT ORDER from this location !!!
Horrible experience, waited 2 hours to tell me there was a problem with my order and that was only when I called to ask what the hold up was.
I was offered a free pizza but by the time it would take to remake and deliver my order it would have been well after midnight.
It really bothers me when places take orders they cannot fulfill, if you can’t make the commitment that’s fine but let someone know up front. People don not have time sitting around waiting 4+ hours to get a pizza delivered.

Live next door, but ordered delivery to feel comfortable. Not a fan of the pizza, but ordered a pasta dish. The order total fell under like .50 cents. Had to purchase a water for 1.89 to have delivery.
The food was good enough, but the quality has slipped since they added pasta dishes.

First time ordering from this location. Went to pick it up, got home and first bite was disappointing since I was starving. The pizza was NOT fresh. I’ve had dominos before and I know what to expect and this was terrible. I went to pick it up in 20 minutes since I placed the order online and there is no way pizza can get stale that quickly. I grabbed a slice from the second pizza and it was a little better. So I think they had an already made pizza and threw my toppings on it and reheated it. Not coming back.

3 stars are for the pizza and the wings. This place allows people to solicit its customers for food and money. Avoid this location for safety reasons;both inside and outside of the place are unsafe. While you are paying for your food a random person most likely will approach you for money. A business should not allow random people to approach customers. The workers will not ask the person to leave and it is not safe to pull out cash or card because you don’t know if your items will be snatched.

I have never been a Dominos fan. On the nation pizza chain totem pole, it was always at the bottom for me. When they changed the recipe I was interested because I’m a huge garlic lover. With the change I have become a very committed customer. We now frequent Dominos more than Star Pizza, a great neighborhood staple.
I have come to love Dominos for their pizza, but this location should be avoided for their service. This location is much closer to my home, but I drive to the Kirby location. Last time we ordered here we resolved never again. The «online order tracker» said our pizza was done, so we went to pick it up. The manager proceeded to argue with my husband that they had not received any online orders all night. He had to bring up the «online tracker» and the order confirmation email we received when the pizza was marked as ready. After a good 10 minute argument another employee came up with the pizza that had been sitting on the shelf behind the manager the whole time. After faced with the mistake she made, all we received was «well of course we have this order. It’s been ready for awhile. I thought you were talking about a different one.» Exit the manager. What?!
