Pizza was not sliced properly. BBQ wings had no BBQ on them. Delivery tracker was not up to date. When my pizza was delivered, the tracker in the app said it was going through quality control. Overall disappointing

We ordered a pizza and it never showed up. Bout as bad as a pizza delivery place can be. We even called multiple times with no answer. Oh not to mention they already charged the pizzas to our card.

Ordered pan pizza online got it half cooked other half uncooked dough called in Straight up the guy says «I’m not going to make u another free pizza”(he remembers me from another time same issue). Idk what happen with this location is the second time same issue. First time this happen the pizza? was a joke. Before it was all good, cooked pizza no issues, I called for a refund and was told they’ll bring me my refund. Minute later they called and ask if I wanted another one, I’m STARRRVING so I accept it. Ok fine uh. thanks? …Guy feels/​says his giving me free pizza?

Will have to change pizzerias, not having pizza drama again. ugh sucks. Cuz dominos pizza is bomb. And papa johns doesn’t have their pan anymore (was the best)

I use this location often to get pizza, but today was the worst. I watched the meter and my pizza was checked for over 45 mins. I called and they said they only had 1 driver, but my order was next and it was sitting on a hot rack. They expect me to eat 1hr old pizza and they are 5 mins away from where I live. I don’t understand they would deliver the closest person last. They should hire more people.

i watched the online order tracking and my order was in the «quality assurance» section for a long time. Then, I received a call saying that the only driver they have got in an accident and they cannot deliver my order. They suggested I come and pick it up and I said I did not want to drive and pick it up, which is why I placed a delivery order. Then, I asked if there would be any type of discount for this inconvenience and he said no. I am very dissatisfied with this Dominos location.

Last time I ordered was months ago. Because of a bad experience I decided I would not order again. However, I tried again today and another failure. I asked for my wings to be well done but not my pizza. My pizza tasted like burnt toast and the chicken was dry. Not to mention it looked like a 5 year old cut it into slices. I’ll stick with Pizza Hut from now on.

This location is always timely, the product is always hot and the way it was ordered. Michael the delivery driver and Shavon both are great. Always reliable and open late. Thank you.

If I could leave a half star, I would… Literally the worst delivery service ever. On TWO occasions (within two weeks of each other) the drivers took over an hour and a half to deliver the pizza to my house which is only 10 minutes away from the restaurant. The best part of the whole story is that I cancelled the orders both times and the drivers STILL showed up. They also have a very real problem with answering their phones and good luck talking to a manager. I do not recommend that anyone ever orders from this Domino’s location.

I am disgusted! This is THE WORST experience I have ever had!!! The order took over an hour to arrive. When it did arrive the delivery driver did not say a word to me! I still tipped her $ 5! That’s not the worst of it, the pizza was horrifying!!! The pizza looked as if a 5 year old put it together, baked it (cheese was not fully melted), and cut it! The pizza looked like it was tossed around, spit, on, torn apart, then thrown back together! WTF! I called the store 4x no one answered! Never again! Maybe this is the universe telling me I should never do delivery again. What has happened to the service industry?!

This place is the absolute WORST. I am so pissed off I am calling their corporate headquarters. THREE hours for a complete order. I would sooner have rectal cancer than EVER order from this place again. I am not going to waste my time with the story… Just listen closely. NEVER order from this place. And I mean never.
ZERO Stars. And for the record… the only reason I called them is that I was hungover and needed Coke and I’m from NY and am used to ordering from anywhere. I got stuck wth them… THREE hours for a pizza I threw away and a 2 liter of coke.

i hate this dominos. 9 out of 10 times that i have order pizza from there is been really cold & over an hour for delivery even tho i live less than a mile away.
Im not the type that complaints but i finally had enough so i called to complaint and the manager was extremely rude, no people skills at all.
I won’t be ordering from this location anymore.

Our pizzas were out of the oven for over thirty minutes according to the online pizza tracker. When we called the store, we were put on hold for over ten minutes, and had to call the store multiple times to speak to anyone and when we did the staff was rude, and hung up on us. When the pizzas finally did arrive, they were cold and burned. Unfortunately this is not the first time this has occurred. this location has the worst quality product and the worst customer service I have ever experienced as a customer in any situation. I will never recommend Dominoes, or give them any further business. I will actively reach out to friends and family in the area to dissuade them from ordering dominoes under any circumstance.

THEY SHOULD HAVE THE OPTION TO GIVE NEGATIVE STARS.
I won’t bother giving this place a full review. Bottom line — they take more than an hour to deliver, pizza is cold, the wings were too pink in the middle for consumption, and they forgot the additional sauces I paid for. I called them over and over again while I was waiting for the food and they wouldn’t answer.
When I called the next day the man who answered was so rude and unapologetic. All he could offer me was a credit. WHAT AM I SUPPOSED TO DO WITH A CREDIT?! I need a refund.

This place sucks… Delivery time sucks, workers suck. Domino’s lost a customer… I ordered for delivery and they never came. Said they delivered my pizza to my address but I was home and never received the pizza. They said they would redeliver but I waited again for almost 2 hrs.

I usually call in my order for carry out.
It probably takes around 10 or 15 minutes from where I live to this location. And every single time I came to pick up my order; it was already waiting for me. Pizza is always hot, fresh, and good. The people helping me are always courteous. No complaints here.

So… I’ve ordered from this Domino’s a LOT, and normally everything is fine. I like the new crust, and LOVE the Philly pizza.
The other day though, my fiancé and I called in a delivery order, and after waiting on hold for almost 10 minutes (NOT normal for this place), we placed our order. We ordered the large 3-​topping for $ 7.99 Tuesday special, and they screwed up both pizzas. My fiancé’s toppings were right, but he got regular crust instead of deep dish. I like to build my own Philly pizza (white sauce, steak, mushrooms, and bell peppers), and normally it turns out great. This time, they put red sauce though… I was very sad.
Normally, this place has good service, timely deliveries, and we never have to wait on hold. This time, everything went wrong, it seemed. Note to self, and to other Unilocalers, don’t order from this place if they make you hold… it probably means they’re too busy to get it right.
