Arrived at 6:30 am in the drive thru. Employee asked how they could help me and I started to give my order of a dozen mixed donuts and an iced tea when he asked me to hold. When he came back on I started to give him the order again and he asked me to repeat it… again. I assumed he could not hear me thru the speaker and because of the rain so I spoke up a little bit louder. He then yelled at me to not yell at him and that he already heard the donut order and wanted me to repeat the second part of my order. And yes, he literally yelled at me. At this point I decided to leave. I could not believe the straight out rudeness of the drive thru employee, especially when Shipley’s and Krispy Kreme are not to far away. I was used to sub par service from this location as the employees move like molasses in January, but straight rudeness is the last straw.

I ordered a macchiato and asked for almond milk. I was given regular dairy milk I could taste that it was not almond milk plus I am sensitive to dairy milk. Thanks for the stomach ache Dunkin donuts. Don’t offer almond milk if you don’t intend on giving people what they order. I also asked them directly when they handed me my drink and they assured me that it was… Pissed

I actually had an excellent experience here, which was strange because I rarely have truly excellent experiences. All 3 employees I interacted with had great attitudes and my beverage was made perfectly.

Placed my order, gave my cash to the cashier, asked for my money back when a big cockroach was crawling on the counter. Done! Not going back.

I call Dunkin’ Donuts my side piece. Starbucks is my preferred coffee brand, but I frequent DD from time to time when I want something different and let’s face it: cheaper. Lol. Don’t blame me, blame the game. ;-P I only drink the iced lattes here and I love the seasonal flavors(gingerbread during the winter/Christmas season and the recent Chips Ahoy flavor during the summer). I can only recall two times where my drink wasn’t to my liking and I had to ask that they remake it. No big deal. They fixed the problem. I haven’t tried the hot coffee and I’m not a big fan of donuts. However, I did try the bacon guacamole flatbread sandwich. It was tasty — and small. Left me hungry. Bertha’s appetite is insatiable sometimes. This location is NEVER that busy. Perhaps it’s the days and times that I come(usually Sundays or Tuesday and Wednesday nights). I’m in and out in less than five minutes. The staff here is pretty friendly and attentive. There’s a homeless couple that the staff knows by name. They often give them free stuff.(I think it’s a noble thing to do and I hope that I’m not getting anyone into trouble by sharing that). But, all in all, I don’t know what kind of problems other Unilocalers are experiencing. I read some of the other reviews. I can’t relate to what they were going through.

I’m a big fan of the coffee and came here because I was in area. I had looked it up beforehand. Big mistake. The person in drive thru was extremely rude. I really wanted to just leave but needed my coffee. Needless to say I’m not coming back to this one.

AWWWMAN this place is the bomb. Their donuts are amazing and their coffee is even better. I bought the cannister which allows me to get coffee for just 1 dollar! There is a employee that goes by the name TARIF and he is such a nice guy. Humored all of my absurd jokes and answered all my donut questions. 10⁄10.

Just stopped to get a iced coffee some donuts and a mongo drink. My kid have been seeing their add on TV and was interest. I can’t really say if the food is good or bad since it’s a franchise, but the main problem was that nothing was left from donuts and the employees were too tired for the day. Something else that’s odd is that when you order a box of dozen donuts you have to know you can’t have all types in your box. What I mean is that there are certain types that go together and if you want the other ones then you have to pay extra and in separate bag! At least it was like this here! Does it have to be this complicated?!!

On a rainy Cold day, my guy went in and got 4 donuts to take HOME and indulge in, as I waited in the car with our son. I peeked in the bag and saw a maple donut to my delight. Not to my delight was the fact that the donut was hardly iced. We both shrugged it off and drove through the drive thru to order me an iced dark roasted coffee. The gal at the drive thru seemed friendly and helpful as I asked for my options of creamer– regular and light. I ordered a large dark roast iced coffee with toasted almond, cream, and 2 spendas. I know not to expect Starbucks when I’m not at Starbucks. But, when I received my coffee at the window, it looked like a large glass of iced f**king milk. I told the gal, that looks like watery milk! And, she immediately seemed to take offense. Wft?! She said ‚“This is how We make it.” Then I said, «NO. That looks like milk! I watched you prep my coffee, and that coffee looks like watery ice tea.» Then she tells me, «Have you been here before? This is how We make it.» I told her I came for coffee as a «pick me up», and I tasted it in front of her and told her it wasn’t right. Hardly any coffee flavor. She tells me maybe I’m used to regular iced coffee, and not this new DARKROAST coffee, and that’s why it tastes«different». Seriously?!! Yes… She said that … Then, this middle aged woman who knows absolutely crap about coffee, tells me she DOESN’T drink coffee so she doesn’t know the taste, and she didn’t make the coffee this morning(it was 4pm) BUT, the instructions are written on the box, and It’s «NOTLIKELY» they made it WRONG, simply pissed me off. As a coffee drinker, I can accept a mediocre cup, now and then. But, you can NEVER pass sh! tty brown water with cream as coffee to me. Never returning.

Being from New England, I was excited to discover this. Sadly, it’s only mediocre. Service seemed friendly but slow. Coffee was great, but the bagel was disappointing. It was too bread-like and didn’t taste fresh.

I walked in here to buy a dozen donuts for my staff and a breakfast combo for myself. When I went to pay I pulled out a $ 100 bill; the cashier took it in his hands and said«sorry I don’t have change for that» I asked if another register had change or if any of their staff could make change… I end up walking out because they don’t accept big bills(no signs posted anywhere). You just lost my business Dunkin Donuts. I’d rather give my money to a smaller mom and pop donut store than waste my time here.
