Changes from first visit: –Before: Tacos de Trompo(marinated pork) presentation was great and tortillas not greasy. –Now: it was 5 greasy corn tortillas spread over the plate with onions and cilantro throw in the middle. And the grilled onions were barely grilled and not as flavorful. Overall, the tacos were not as tasty. –Before: Cleavage channel on TV, and no radio. –Now: TV was turned off and Latino hip-hop radio on.(I hope my original review did not cause the demise of the cleavage channel.) –Before: The window from bar area to kitchen was open and you could see inside. –Now: Window is kept closed. I suspect it is to hide the fact that the new Mexican food cook is a very young white male American about high-school age(his summer job?). I assume he is the cook, since he stepped out of the kitchen wearing an apron. –Before: Borracho beans were great. –Now: It is more like a soup, and not near as good tasting. Other notes: –Only one other customer. –No iced tea available, even though there are sweeteners on the table and a large ice tea dispenser behind the counter. –They ran out of paint on some of the remodeling’s new wood.
