They explained everything to us in a way that we were able to understand it. They kept us informed as we went through the entire process (even checking in with us when we were in the waiting phase so we still knew what was going on). They made sure that we had everything that we needed, double checking all of our documents, and acquiring even the thinks that weren’t necessary — but better safe than sorry.
All the way up until our closing yesterday, our financing went off without a hitch! We are so grateful that we were paired up with such an incredible broker (incredible in his work and his demeanor). We can’t thank Chad enough!
