This place is so over priced and for the amount that they charge you it is retarded. what here to pick up my clothes to pick up 3 items it was $ 30 at the cleaners I normally go to I could clean all my work clothes for the week about 10 items for almost 20 dollars. the cherry on top though was that half of my clothes was not even ready upon pickup I will never come here again. save your money and go somewhere else!

Gouged! $ 6.49 for pants?! Never again. I wish I’d read the Unilocal reviews first. The service doesn’t even justify the price. When the lady saw my look of sticker-​shock, she rolled her eyes and let out a heavy sigh. I guess this happens a lot.

Oh MY GOD! This place is such a rip-​OFF (as previously reported) I WISH I had checked Unilocal before letting these people steal from me. Over 7 $ for collared shirts!!! A 46 $!!! Charge for ONE JACKET??? Get real. This is Houston people, we have options. 7 items for 100 $ is just under 15 $ per item last I checked.

Do not waste your time or your hard-​earned money! This place is a complete and utter rip off. Clothes came back not completely cleaned and one linen jacket had to be sent back for a re-​do. The pocket flaps were not ironed flat and had creases where no creases should have been. All that from THE MOST expensive dry cleaner I have ever sent clothes to (I spent 10 years having clothes dry cleaned in New York City, where everything is over inflated).
I should also note that the woman behind the counter, presumably the owner’s wife or daughter, as it is a family owned business, inspected the re-​do jacket as if I had worn it and was trying to pull one over on her the morning after picking the jacket up the first time. She had total attitude and will not be getting any more of my business.
