Five Guys Burgers and Fries

Burger was good and hot but had absolutely no seasoning to it. Very bland. Most definitely not worth the $ 8 price tag for such a basic burger! You’d be better off going to fuddruckers and getting a ½ pound burger for the same price. That’s what I’ll be doing from here on out!

Zereida was awesome and provided excellent customer service. She made me feel very comfortable and she has a cool name I have been craving a great burger and already knew 5 guys is great but the customer service really put the cherry on top ! Thank you

AWESOME AMAZING FRESH VEGGIE BURGER. they take real vegetables and grilled them and put them on the bun. Not some soy or processed Patty. Of course I had cheese but still feel like I’m eating a huge hamburger it’s so fresh and hot and yummy

Wish could do 4.5 stars… Ordered online which is very convenient, everything was ready except for the french fries which they cooked right when we got here! Friendly staff love the free fresh roasted peanuts. Will come back!

The burgers here are always good. The grilled cheese is good too because you can add toppings to those. I love to add jalepenos and some times even bacon. It’s still a grilled cheese if there is bacon on it… that’s what my receipt says, anyway. And I know it may seem weird, but the bacon cheese hotdog is a must-​try if you’re into hotdogs. They split the hotdog down the middle and get a bit of char on that inside. Then the cheese and bacon sets it off just right. I like that they have introduced a smaller serving in the fries. It’s still a lot of fries, but it doesn’t seem as gluttoness when I’m not sharing them with someone else.

Great 5 guys. Burgers are made well here and the staff does their job like a friendly well oiled machine. During my last visit i voiced concern over gluten free options. The cashier let me know what they could do and even followed up with me later to avoid aby mistakes in my order. My wife appeciates your attention to detail and enjoyed her burger alot :). My only complaint was the lack of cherry flavor in the coke machine but thats more of a minor inconvenience than anything. I was asking for it with my end of the day trip.

Finally got to see what the hype was about with these guys… see what I did there? Nope? Ok…
I love the fact that technology has came up so far that I can place my order online.
Although, the fries are not ready along with your order because they want it to be fresh when you pick it up.
Speaking of, if a small order can definitely be shared between two, maybe even three people. I don’t wanna even think of the quantity that comes in a large order… enough to end world hunger maybe?
If you order Cajun fries, might wanna tell them to ease up on the seasoning. I kept watching the lady with my eyes wide open every time she shook that seasoning shaker o_​O I’m pretty sure my blood pressure raised the roof after devouring them.
My burger was so tender, practically melted in my mouth with every bite. I love all of the choice of toppings with no extra charge. The combinations are endless!
It’s worth the treat every now and then.

I went there expecting to have a tremendous burger experience. Sadly, it was not to be. The burger patty itself had zero flavor, as did the toppings that I had ordered, grilled onion and mushrooms. It had plenty of grease, but absolutely nothing redeemable about it.
The fries were also dripping and lacked flavor and crunchiness. It seems like a lot of effort is lost on a mediocre burger. The price also had the last crushing blow 13 plus dollars for a burger, fries and a drink, never again.
All afternoon my stomach let me know what a bad idea finishing just half of this burger was.
I can drive down the street to a better Prime burger place and get an incredible burger for less, with a great patio.

Five guys burgers are on my list of heavenly foods, a little bacon cheeseburger, all the way with no mushrooms is delicious. Of course accompanied with regular cajun fries.
I think what i like the most is, that it’s wrapped in aluminum paper and kind of sweats and melts all the juices together.

For inexpensive hamburgers that are great, this is the best place in Houston, hands down. Friendly service, consistent burgers and fries, and great prices.
Only one thing really bothers me here. When you call in a to-​go order, no matter how simple, they absolutely WILL NOT have it ready for you when you arrive. Without a single exception (and keep in mind I’ve been here probably 30+ times in the last 12 months), they will have the burgers ready and tell me they’ll «let me know when it’s ready… they have to make fries». :sigh: That’s why I got it TO GO. I don’t want to wait. You have to tell them to have the fries ready explicitly, or you’ll sit there. I know their idea is that they want them to be hot. I don’t care. I want them to be ready to go.
Still the best at what they do.

Ok. So it’s eating out tonight for us and my baby girl had a coupon from here. Needless to say, this place has very great food. I’m now turned on to a new found burger place. Very juicy burger patties cooked when ordered (not processed by the way). It was very good and all the toppings were very fresh. Love the fries! To think I have been living in the area and never tried this place. I was most definitely missing out! I will return here to try this menu… This was a really great first visit for my family that’s close to home.

There have been a few burger joints that I have had in my life that are pretty decent. Nothing compares to this one which is the best burger place in my opinion.
First of all the menu options are fabulous when you walk in the door. It gives you two parties or just one on your burger with multiple decisions of condiments and toppings. I usually get the mushrooms on mine because they make a good flavor when eaten.
The drink machines are out of this world with many flavors of Coca Cola, Sprite, and one of my friends favorite, Mello Yello (the rarest drink in the world). I love to try all the other flavors the basic sodas have to offer on this machine.
The place is kept clean and one more thing to keep in mind is the fries. I’d go back almost every day for those especially. You can have the regular or Cajun fries, but I go for the regular ones. They’re better with ketchup and I am glad a friend recommended this one to me.
They have locations all over Houston, including one on 1960 near my house. Methinks I will be a regular there.

I always wanted to try the burger here. Finally I came for lunch one time. I ordered the hamburger and small fries.
The hamburger came with two beef patties and it was pretty filing. Good price and with proper quantity of food.
I will come back to try other burger for lunch!

The food is good and the service was even better. The short sexy girl with glasses was nice when my parents were having difficulties deciding what to order. I’d go back just to see her shake fries again. Lol. Speaking of fries the Cajun style were super good and you can really taste the oregano. The ketchup was thick unlike most places and they have soda flavors that I’ve never ever seen in my life. Did I mention the cute girl at the register? My only complaints were the burger patties weren’t as big as expected and there’s no Wi-​Fi. It would be damn near perfect if I could sit and get some work done. The place is cleaner than most restaurants I’ve been to recently. I’m super cheap so I cook everything I eat but I’ll definitely be going back asap.

As far as fast food burgers, this is my favorite place. It surpasses In and Out for sure. Their burgers are fresh and the patties are juicy. The lettuce and tomatoes are also fresh as well.
This is my go to location for fast food burgers. I’ve never had a bad experience at this location. They are polite, they get the order right, and it never takes too long.

5 stars for food. 1 star for service. We love five guys and usually go to the one on Washington. First, we stood at the register for a while before someone very unenthuastically came to take our order. We asked for 2 little cheeseburgers and asked nicely if they could toast the bun on both sides. The guy said no at first. I’m sorry? I don’t understand why not. When we said our usual location does it all the time he finally said ok. Like it was a huge inconvenience. Then while we waited over 15 minutes (and no, it was not crowded) we saw one big group stand at the register for a while being ignored like we were. They finally turned around and walked out. And we heard them tell another guest they were out of meat, and it seemed to be just so they didn’t have to serve them. Overall very unpleasurable experience.

It is a reasonable priced place to get a veggie sandwich. For $ 13 we got two veggies and a large fries. I love their Cajun fries, and they are plentiful when you order them. I like to order the veggie sandwiches with cheese and extra mushrooms too, in order to get a heartier meal. They also offer hamburgers and hot dogs, for the meat eaters. My friends tell me they are pretty tasty.

A lot of fries!!!

I’ve been having to drive a bit to get to a Five Guys so when they opened one in the newly refurbished Randall’s shopping center I was very happy.
It’s a standard Five Guys. If you’ve ever eaten at one and found it to be yummy, then this one won’t disappoint.
Tasty, juicy — yet well done — burger patties with just about any topping you’d like. Grilled onions, mustard, ketchup, pickles, jalapenos, mushrooms, mayo, red peppers etc. Sesame seed buns that are sturdy enough to hold up under the toppings and greasiness of the meat. I have gotten both the single and double and honestly, I’m good with the $ 6 single cheeseburger.
It’s the fries that you MUST get. I’ve gotten the spicy ones and asked for the spice on the side. But fries with ketchup is the purest way to eat fresh cut peanut oil fried taters. These fries are legit… the most legit in town. Not too greasy but greasy enough to have terrific flavor. A large is enough to share.
Free peanuts and refills on your soft drinks.
I’ll be honest, the fancy soft drink machine took me a minute. I felt like I was in some European vending machine hell until I figured out how to use it. I’m not techno challenged but I did feel a little silly trying to figure out the touch screen.

Pretty standard Five Guys location. Nothing to rave about nothing to complain about. If you like Five Guys, this joint is up to par. Clean & attentive, friendly service.
If you’ve never had a Five Guys burger…
1.) Run in the other direction if you are trying to look good or take of your body.
2.) If you are a foodie, you are not a very good one.
Max $ 7 for a double pattie burger (with cheese & bacon) = all the toppings you want.
Fries are legit. Buns are legit.
Basically, if you’re craving a burger, COME. They have «Little Burgers» (single patties) for the smaller appetites.
