Fry Home Inspection

I just want to say first off that Mr. Fry came out a day after Christmas to inspect our home and was there 9 AM sharp at our house… did a really fabulous job with a reasonable price and I’m very grateful for him he was very professional. He looked at every inch of the house… and was very precise very understanding got to the point and wasn’t that technical and did a great job I’m a very happy customer with Mr. Fry… He was very helpful with his electrical experience told me what I needed to get done to the house so that the house would be up to code so my advice if you need a home inspector this is a guy to call

I have been meaning to write this for some time. Bob (the owner) has probably already forgotten me by now. I still have his contact information, though. I have a select few people I use for certain services (car repairs, alterations, shoe repair, AC repair, etc), and I like to keep and forward those contacts when I get the chance.
Several months ago I was searching online for a home inspector and found Fry’s under a basic google search. My mother has a rental house, so I suggested she get an inspection. I decided to call several inspectors to collect quotes, and I eventually reached Bob and explained to him our situation. He was kind enough to tell me that I needed the opinion of an electrician not a home inspector. A lot of the other people I spoke with were not as forthcoming and just provided me their fee. I never got the opportunity to use his services, but I kept his information anyway. I would feel more than confident to use Fry Home Inspection. His honesty left a lasting impression.
