The place is clean. The salad bar is large & fresh. However, if you’re looking for good pizza & pasta, don’t waste you time here. Nothing is original, the choices are few & it all tastes pre-made. We will not be returning.

Horrible food and bad service. I wouldn’t even call this bad food, pizza. Obviously who ever makes these so called pizza have never had any good pizza in their life. Sauce taste watered down. Ingredients were so old it must’ve been sitting in a fridge for over two decades. Save your money and go somewhere else.

Drove two hours to see our Granddaughter in a play. She wanted Gattis as an afterwards meal. We had already eaten so we just wanted to go in with her mom, her sister and the grandkids to visit. We weren’t allowed in even though we were the ones who were going to pay for their games. I had a free drink with a Unilocal check in and was told it was very old. I said funny it just came up, no date of expiry is on it so they did honor it. I suggested they contact Unilocal to remove it. So, we are sitting next door at The Snoball Hut and their Snoballs are wonderful.

We were passing through from another city and I got excited when I saw that there was a Mr. Gatti’s pizza nearby. We used to have one where I live but it’s been gone for years. My excitement was short-lived, as this place was way overpriced for what it is — an average pizza buffet that charges double the price of a very similar place like CiCi’s. The pizza was not very fresh and all of the desserts tasted the same, like hard pizza crust and a topping. The salad bar was pretty good but I still can’t get past the $ 25.00 bill for 2 adults, 2 little kids and we didn’t even get soft drinks(only water). Definitely would not go again even if we lived in the area.

Decent pizza(not great) and lots of it. The kids love it, adults would do better at Double Dave’s.

This Gatti’s is great! It is clean, the food is hot and the salad bar has great offerings! The owners are local people, so even though this is a chain, the owners care about the place since they have a vested interest in the area. The best part about Gatti’s is that you can order a pizza with any topping you like when you pay at the front and they will make it and hold it for you. I always order what I like and the get everyone settled with drinks and their food and by the time I have eaten my salad, my pizza is ready. The salad is fresh and there are enough topping to make me happy. The food never looks like it has been sitting around all day and that is a major plus! I realize this is no pizza for anybody looking for«great» pizza, but for good, clean family eating, this is a good place! Also, the employees are always respectful, clean, helpful and kind! All you have to do is ask and they do what they can! Customer service still exists here!

My family had a fun evening here. Food was pretty good for the price, although the desserts were all gross. We would come back but not on the top of my list or anything.

Quantity over quality. The workers are a hilarious mix of ignorasaurus and grumpy sarcastic individuals that probably did not grow up wanting to be a cashier at a local pizza place. Good news is you just pay, get your receipt, and you don’t need to deal with them ever again. The pizza aisle is flawless — they have pretty much everything you could ask for as you stroll down the aisle. The quality is not amazing, it will not make you change your religion, but I consider this to be a place to come if you have had a bad day and you need a lot of pizza to caress you into smiling again. The breadsticks are really hit or miss. One time fantastic, other times dripping in grease so much my plate wanted to cry in the corner. The salad food quality … yikes! Extremely questionable. But they have tv! They have video games! It is a fun place to bring your kid. It is a bad place to come to drink a lot and eat a lot of pizza — inappropriate with all the kids running around.

I love Mr. Gatti’s Pizza! Growing up nearby, it was always the place to go during sleepovers, after school dances, and before football games. Fast-forward 6 years, as a college graduate, I still crave and visit Mr. Gattis frequently! The pizza is great! They have a wide variety which includes, bread sticks, desserts, salads, and drinks– including icees!!! It is a great place for kids since they have an arcade room and host parties! At close to $ 7 a buffet, I still have to say it is worth it! The service is good and the food is great! The one complaint I have is that they refuse to punch the same card more than once each visit. If you take your family there, expect to take home several punch cards with one punch each, how annoying!!!

Good local pizza/arcade place for kids. The typical pizza buffet was actually pretty decent, salad and all the toppings, pasta and sauces, pizzas and desserts. The kids especially liked the drink options which included icees. The arcade room is separate from the dining areas, unlike Chuck E Cheese. This makes for a quieter lunch, but also means you have to finish eating and follow the kids around the arcade room like a puppy.
