I couldn’t be more happier with the service and quality I received at HT Collision. The Manager, Mike, was extremely customer service oriented and his people followed through with excellent workmanship to my 2012 Lincoln. In fact, they took it upon themselves to go ahead and repair some minor scratches that were not part of my accident or insurance claim. Mike communicated with me daily about the progress of the job and was able to return my car to me in a timely manner. The car seemed again like I had just drove it off the showroom floor as I had done a few months earlier. No matter how hard I look, I can’t even tell that I ever had an incident. I highly recommend HT Collision to anyone who wants to make sure their vehicle is repaired with the highest quality standards.

DONOTTAKEYOURCARHERE!!! This is the Worst place in 20 years since I have been driving. They will tell you one lie after another and give you the run around. And just when you think everything is resolve the workmanship is down right horrible. I brought in a 2007 Lexus in for a $ 4500 insurance claim job and the car was there for a month and a half. Thats after 2 times I been there after they told me it was ready for pick up. Once I got there the paint and door were both off in color and alignment. So I said let me test drive it before going on vacation to make sure the mechanics was ok. Pulled out of lot and drove for half a mile and all my dash lights came on, side mirror and electronics didnt work, car wouldnt shift gears you name it. I told them that after the car was T-bone in the rear and did a 360 into the curb before the engine shut off and would not restart. That would be an indication to check the engine, but the genius their just reset the computer and thought it would fix the problem. Well they couldnt fig out what was wrong so the they decided to send it to a Lexus specialist. But get this, they calll me and told me that the engine problem was not related to the accident and that I would have to pay out of pocket. They said it was a maintenance issue. Needless to say more, it has been a nightmare dealing with the Shop manager(Mike) and Scott. This is the most unprofessional shop I have ever dealt with. If you have to drag your car to another place, Do It! I will be a hell of a lot less work than dealing with these guys. Don’t listen to the sales pitch of lifetime gurantees. As for me, I maybe seeing these crooks in claims court in the future. Hope this review helps someone. And just an update. The rear window they took off for the repair ruin the rear defroster. I thought about taking it for repair but didn’t want anything else to be broken. Don’t believe the fake reviews that others may leave. I forgot to add that the day I picked up my car a customer there even called the cops on them because they would not release his car since they said they had to do extra(wink, wink) repairs.
