read my sister’s review. unbelievable! I was the one to get her teeth xrayed by another dental office since my friend (who works at a dental office) told me she can tell that my sisters teeth were crooked. After I checked out the xray for myself, I have to admit that even though despite paying $ 4000 and having her get braces done for almost 2 years, this place was still unable to do their job right and get her teeth straight. All that time and money literally were thrown away into the garbage. They took our final payment and didn’t even complete their job. They just want money. Furthermore, the dentist had the NERVE to ask my grandmother and to ask my sister to remove her Unilocal review. Don’t try to pull this dirty trick on us and then want to hide the fact that your business cannot even compare to the ones down the street like Fresh Dental or Smile Architect that will do a FAR better job for a much cheaper price than this place! AND how COWARDLY of you to not want to admit that you DID NOT do your job correctly the first time and wanting us to take down her review. If the dentist has a problem with my review, he can go ahead and contact my grandma to see if she can contact me for a meeting and I’ll see if I even have the patience or time to talk to him SINCE he can’t even contact my sister and talk to her about her teeth and try to AVOID her concerns after taking our money. I’m ALSO going to discuss with my parents and withdraw my other sister from your garbage place you call an orthodontist and take her somewhere better. this place is NOT a legit BUSINESS but a CON place taking your money and doing a halfass job. DO NOT waste your MONEY OR TIME HERE.

We went to this other place called Fresh Dental Care down the street from bellaire because it provided free X-​rays, consultations, & exams if you didn’t have insurance.
The X-​rays showed that her teeth were obviously still crooked! My cousin even told me that she went to talk about it with the orthodontist who did her teeth and the assistants commented about how even though she took off her braces for 3 days, they could tell it was still crooked. She was even very diligent in wearing her retainers! The orthodontist shrugged it off, blamed it on her, and refused to provide a solution such as a refund or further orthodontic treatment.
Conclusion: Go to fresh dental, that place is the bombdiggitty and has the best assistants, doctors, orthodontists, managers, & front desk service. Don’t waste your time here

I deleted my previous review because I thought it was a bit too harsh. To be honest, my thoughts hasn’t changed much, but I don’t think their service was as bad as I previously stated. It’s not the worst, but it could be better. If you’re expecting great customer service, I wouldn’t recommend this place to you. The orthodontist is very nice and detailed, but he’s also pretty busy so usually the assistants helped me adjust braces. The place is also very clean and efficient. You wouldn’t have to wait around much, but the communication is sub-​par with the staff. At one point I couldn’t remember if I went to my last appointment, and I didn’t get a call, so I didn’t come back until two months later. Haha, but that was my fault so be careful!
Again, I admit I wrote a pretty harsh review last time, but it was because I venting from one experience. But after I went to Fresh Dental and they made me wait 2 hours for an appointment (cleaning)…god I’m glad we went here for my braces.
But overall, the entire process of the bracing was okay here. Your appointments wouldn’t be exactly on time sometimes, but you don’t have to wait around for long. The wait time can be between 1 – 15 minutes depending on the day. The place is very clean and they get you in and out quickly most of the time.

I have to gave them 1 star to write this review. They really don’t deserve any Star. Horrible service, just call the office and you will know what I’m talking about. All they good as is taking your money, they really don’t care about anything else.

I Went here for braces and it was the biggest mistake of my life, if you want to over pay for shitty service and terrible hospitality go ahead and come here

He created both of my retainers following my braces and had several consultations. He specializes in braces and pediatric orthodontics, but took care of my teeth when I was in my early 20s. there is like one large room full of chairs for patients, and you must walk down a hall to reach his office.
