Hoffer Furniture

My husband and I had gone here 1 time (this is where we are going to leave it). We were looking for a bed frame and the lady who worked there was very pleasant and very kind. She made we feel welcome. I sometimes feel uncomfortable when I deal with people of Caucasian descent, especially when I shop in a high-​quality place of business… no offense… I mean this is the country of the U.S.
We were able to order the bed frame and complete everything and thank the lady and such. Right as my husband and I were just about to walk out of the door, the white man who was way across the room setting behind the desk decided that he needed to completely bend over and just about nearly broke his neck, to look to see if we had any unpaid merchandise in our hands.
Now, technically, this is what to expect when dealing with people such as himself, people like this, but goodness gracious! The day that we (I weigh only 106 lbs) can lift heavy furniture with our bare hands is the day that I will get paid millions of dollars. I mean really… We have no thoughts of giving that ignorant human being any more of our business.

Hoffer is outstanding!!! Great furniture! Extremely amazing customer service and quality of care! Sharon assisted my mom and I in selecting wonderful pieces from their clearance and new furniture selections. She spent hours on several separate days assisting us in finding just the right pieces in terms of style, measurements, and color. She also emailed pictures and answered email questions in between. She was easy to work with, patient, kind, and all around wonderful. Also, noteworthy are the furniture delivery men! They were so friendly, courteous, and had an outstanding attitude. The day our furniture was to arrive, the elevators in our apartments were out due to a power outage. I called and left Hoffer a message. When the delivery men called, I explained it to them, but they were not dissuaded. They cheerily said «Don’t worry, we will get it done.» They brought all of our furniture up to the second floor using the stairs and wearing a smile. They were so friendly and kind as they set everything up. We had a large order and using the stairs was not easy. I am so appreciative and impressed by the all around outstanding service that I received. Thanks to Sharon and the delivery men, our furniture arrived in great condition! Thank you!
