Great hairstylist. Tina has been very instrumental in my hair recovery journey. I started going to her 2 years ago when I experienced breakage from over process hair. Each time I came in she had a plan to get my hair healthy. Any time I got my hair done I would get compliments on how healthy my hair looked. I usually receive a blow out as my hair is natural. Even when I had a trip to Jamaica she installed a sew in and it was perfect. Very professional and overall friendly and good person. She offers great deals for women who have busy schedules and need to come in once a week for a hair fix! I trust her with my hair and highly recommend her.

I found H2H via a Groupon offer for «One shampoo, one haircut, one style, and color .» Before buying, I called ahead to verify that this included full color services for all over color and Tina said yes.
Although Tina was a very nice and welcoming person, I was extremely unsatisfied with the services I received from her. As soon as I sat down, she informed me that due to my growth she would have to charge extra because the Groupon only covers up to 2 inches of new growth, which is not what she said to me over the phone before purchasing. I was annoyed but agreed because I was already there.
A few minutes after she had already started to work on my color, she started talking to her colleague in front of me about how she just learned to color hair and she’s using Groupon to get a rush of clients to practice on as was recommend by her hair school (say what?!?). Mind you, her Groupon ad stated she had 14 years experience. I was appalled to hear that a beginner was working on my hair! She also kept going down the hall to consult with her colleague that had more hair coloring experience. But she had already started to dye my hair so I tried to be optimistic even though I felt extremely misled by her Groupon ad.
Long story short, I had brown hair with highlights and asked for solid blonde color. I walked out with orange hair!!! And I left with wet hair because I had really curly hair and she said that to blow dry it would be extra. It was also 5:30pm and she kept telling she had to be somewhere by 6pm.
A few days later after I calmed down, I called to ask her to redo it and she kindly accepted. When I showed up at 5:50pm for my 6pm appointment she immediately told me she was running behind and I could either come back at 7:45pm or reschedule for another day. This meant I’d have to walk around with hair I hate for another couple of days in addition to the 4 days that had already passed. No thank you! After I left, she called and tried to reason with me and suggest other options for my hair. By this point I was already set on calling Groupon to report my experience and request a refund. I got my refund from Groupon but did not pursue to get the additional money paid to Tina in cash back.
Overall, I’m sure she has experience in other areas of hair and beauty but color is not one of them. Please be careful when deciding to use her services and her Groupon.
