I attended a wedding reception here, in the event hall (part of the school). It’s a typical gym setup with a stage, restrooms, and kitchen. They offer tables and chairs, and I’m pretty sure renters provide everything else (linens, décor, etc). No bells and whistles, but spacious and functional.
If you’re looking for an event hall on a budget, this is a great option. Not in the nicest part of town, but central Houston location is always a plus.
