Give him a chance and this guy will overcharge (I expected that) pad his hours (expected that, too). His work is sloppy– he refused to account for the time he bills at $ 350.00 per hour, but just says «I need more money or I cant do any more work», he’ll do that at a critical point, so you can’t refuse.
This guy actually demanded a $ 10,000. Trial Deposit from me for a divorce, even though we were not going to trial. You guessed it– He stole it from me. Now will not return calls. Threatens me, etc…
He has been disciplined by state authorities in the past, but I expect he will continue scamming others. I found another client, Jane. Mark Honsaker extorted $ 30,000. from her at about the same time he ripped me off.
