Helen is wonderful (and patient!)! I went to Houston Granite for soapstone, so hard to find anywhere else. I waivered back and forth between granite and soapstone, but Helen was patient, let me take home samples, and in the end I came back to the soapstone. Helen worked her «magic» to bring the project very close to budget and made me feel that getting the materials I wanted was more important than anything. She and John are very personable and made us feel very comfortable through the whole purchase. I can hardly wait to get my counters installed! Thank you Helen and John!

Third stop on my granite hunt. Owner came over and started to help. Really and truly one of the best experiences I have had in a while.
It seems like customer service is dwindling and here it’s just not the case.
Not only was in less than ½ to do what I needed…(custom cut, custom edge). They did it on time and the craftsmanship was brilliant. The veins all match up on the edge to the full bullnose.
Someone took the time and had the pride to do it right!

Just left the showroom and the service was great. John, Jerry and their staff were very helpful in selecting a striking design for our fireplace. Looking forward to doing business with them!

Horrible customer service.
Owner (?) talked about me very blatantly in a disrespectful way in a different language.
Generally everybody was rude that worked here.
To top it off, other customers were offered water, while I was not.
If you like being disrespected, then this is your place.
