My sister used their services for a Batman character to come out to her son’s 4th birthday party. She paid a deposit in advance. When Batman showed up, not only was he the height of her 9 year old son, but Batman was just as skinny. He looked like a high school boy trying to grow a mustache with only peach fuzz on his upper lip. My nephew was still appreciative, but I felt her embarrassment as we saw Batman walk in. The costume was incredibly cheap-looking and hung on this kid who was supposed to be Batman. At the end, the ‘helpers’ asked to be paid and handed my sister an invoice. The invoice was for the INCORRECT amount that was agreed upon. Thank goodness my sister printed out her email confirmation of the original agreed amount. They kept arguing with her on the amount even though my sister had the email printed out to show them. My sister gave her what they asked for but that was because she included a tip. She told the helpers that this was supposed to be their tip for performing but their boss wants it. The performance of Batman was not entertaining. It fumes me that she paid as much as she did for horrible service and a horrible Batman.
