WORSt jack in the box! Employees r very rude, they closed the door at 4 pm n kept me waiting outside in the rain with my child to then tell me there not gonna open wtf no jack in the box I know closes at 4 pm ! Plus there was already sum ppl inside eating

9 of 10 times the customer service is HORRIBLE!!! When the employees actually want to work the food is decent like any jack in the box, which is normally daylight hours, but if you go at night time hours the employees do not want to work. They hide in the back while you are at the drive thru waiting & then they will tell you if they don’t want to make something you ordered; they say «I’m not about to make that» or «the cook said they ain’t about to make that.» When you call to complain they give you the run around about when the manager is in or not. When you finally see the manager you now understand why these majority of rude employees act the way they do. They can run all over that manager.
