I purchased a house recently and the previous owners had left behind a decaying old hot tub. I have been dreading trying to remove this thing since I moved in but at some point it had to be done. I decided to give Rick a call just to see if was worth paying to not do it myself. From the very first phone call Rick made me feel comfortable and confident that he would get the job done. He was able to complete it and load up within 45 mins and provided me pictures showing the job was done. I will absolutely use Rick again if I am in need of his service and highly recommend you do the same!

Rick embodies every quality of an amazing business man, but more importantly a person. Saying that he is kind, honest, timely, integral and hardworking would be just the start in describing what he is from my view point.
I live in the San Francisco Bay Area and was handed a nightmare situation when someone chose to severely abuse a property I own in Houston. Being from out of town and not of the male species, I worried that I would be the prime target for savages to feed. Well, Rick made it his mission to be the exact opposite. He is fair and the work that he and his crew did for me was beyond anything I could of asked for.
You WILL NOT be disappointed WHEN you give this man your business.

Rick and his team just left our offices. What a fantastic job! Appointment was easy to set. They arrived on time, sent insurance to our building company, gave a fair estimate. What you would expect, but rarely find.
They get 5 stars for three reason. 1.) Accommodated my need for a Sunday pick-​up with no extra charge. 2.) were very careful to not harm our offices and helped move some furniture within the office at no extra charge. 3.) After loading our stuff came back with a price lower than the estimate.
Honest, respectful, hard-​working, and easy to deal with. Could not ask for more!
*** Needed to update review. I mistakenly had one item of furniture removed. Called Rick the next day and luckily he had not been to the dump yet. He returned the item at no extra charge.

These guys are amazing! They showed up a few hours after I called — on a Sunday! They loaded everything quickly and then cleaned up all debris, dirt, etc. left behind!!! They even helped me out by giving me some extra gate locks they had and installed the equipment for the gates that were out of alignment. Very nice guys! Their integrity and work ethic was evident as soon as I started talking to Rick, the owner. I highly recommend using these guys for whatever you need hauled away!!!
