After sales service was poor /​non-​existent for a flagship store. Store manager did not try to resolve the issue or attempt to hear customer’s concern. A designer brand that does not stand behind the quality of its product. Very disappointed after my most recent experience.

Very helpful staff! I came here looking for a present for my sisters birthday and not only did the staff help me find exactly what I was looking for. They were also very sweet and gift wrapped my item for me very beautifully. I was also informed that this is largest Kate Spade Boutique in the country! How cool is that! Extremely beautiful detail and decorations through out the store. One thing that’s a bit off here is their parking lot is kind of small and weird. Other than that extremely well organized store and very awesome staff work here. Thank you Ashley for all your help!

First I must say I love Kate Spade handbags! When my best friend and I are were out shopping I decided to go in and look around. I found a wallet that I love and as I was walking out the door I seen a purse that was gorgeous! I wasn’t big on purchasing the bag but the store employee and my best friend said I had to get it. I honestly wasn’t to big on buying the bag but I end up purchasing the bag. Well after having the bag for not even four months the bag dissent seem to have good quality. When I carry the bag. It looks as if the handles holding the bag together is going to pull off. I’m not happy with this bag at all. I went back to the store to see if something could be done about it. The store manger Katie said it looks OK but the leather seems to be wearing a little. I’m not happy with this bag at all. I told them they could have the bag. It is beautiful but what’s the point of purchasing a bag that you probably want get to carry that long. So disappointed and of course I was told I would receive a call back which I know I want. I asked for a number to the corporate office and told they didn’t have that information. I will never purchase a bag from Kate spade again.

LOVE the feel and environment of this place! My best friend, Jennifer, is the sales manager so ask for her if you decide to stop by. They have sales from time to time, including 25% off your entire purchase. You just have to wait for the right time. If you call the store, they can ship any item across the U.S. free of charge. It’s worth checking out.

This was my first time visiting this store, but I own many different Kate spade items and have visited other stores before. With that said, this store is gorgeous! I loved everything about it… except their employees. Just a bunch of old ladies walking around the store with sour faces. I walked in with my boyfriend, and the two employees chit chatting in the front did not acknowledge us at all! No greeting or anything. They just stared at us as I walked by. This brand is not that high end so I don’t see why judgment of customers is necessary to the point where I’m not even acknowledged. I asked an employee a few questions about some items and got vague relies too.
I thought the store had a small variety of handbags than I expected. They have cute stationary items and even a section for brides, which I normally didn’t see at other stores. I’m glad I walked out empty handed and next time I’ll take my business to the galleria Kate Spade or just order online

It’s apparent upper management has severe communication problems. I will never return. Very negative experience. Very sad because I use to like this brand. :/

Let’s begin with the god awful parking situation in the area — they have finally finished construction on the adjacent lot which has helped out a lot!
I asked for a particular item that I had seen online, and although it was not on display, the associate dug it up out of the stock pile. Super sweet! If you talk to the associates they are willing to locate your item for you in a surrounding store — or even get another store to ship it to your home for free. And if they make a promise, they honor it. An associate gave me the wrong info once and the manager complied a week later when I showed up. Great customer service! Will be back!

Oh my gosh! How did I not know this store was open?!? I live in the suburbs and was visiting my friend in the city and we decided to do some shopping after dinner. We are both Kate Spade addicts and this store is just perfect! It’s so pretty, clean/​organized, and the staff was friendly. It was time for a new KS so I ended up buying a mint handbag, although I wish I could afford the whole store lol. Can’t wait to go back!

I know this is a flagship location, and I am glad that it is set up like a home. You walk into a foyer and then there are all these separate rooms as if you are really walking through a cute, girly home. The staff is great. Also I love that this location carries a lot of the home items, like the bar glasses, vases, and such. I see these items online but some times these things are best seen in person to determine if I really want it in my home. If you’re a fan of Kate Spade or girlishness or great customer service, you will love this store.

This is my happy place. The store has only been open for 3 days, and oh my goodness it’s amazing! Let’s start with the curb appeal. Bright lights, a «live colorfully» sign lit up even during the day, neon pink lights under the «Kate Spade» sign… all of these things call so much attention that I was automatically drawn to it. Once I got inside, George offered to give me a tour of the space. The store has separate rooms for apparel, bridal and home accessories, jewelry, shoes, and a magnificent dressing room area. There are bows and bright colors everywhere — I seriously want to live here!
The location is across the street from Crate and Barrel on Drexel. I will definitely be back!
