The general manager at this location totally just won me over I never ever visit KFC this was my first time in probably 2 years and it was such great service

It always smells like cleaning agent or bleach when I go in the actual store (at night). My parents like fried chicken so I go here to pick some up since it’s relatively close. Kinda pricey for what you get, imo. I had a wait a while each time I’ve been, though.
It’s fast food chicken.

Worst fried chicken and Mac and cheese I’ve ever had

Horrible location. Cashier wouldn’t even speak to me and barely nodded her head when I ordered. They got both of our orders wrong. Food was awful.
Probably not going to another KFC for a while.

I’d give this KFC zero stars if I could. And seriously, it’s KFC, I don’t really have high expectations to begin with. The fiancé and I came here tonight because we had a very specific craving for the original chicken. The main dining room was closed, so we went through the drive-​thru. We ordered the 14-​piece combo with some sides. We were told that there would be a five minute wait for our potato wedges. Okay, fine. We paid, and parked off to the side of the restaurant to wait. During this time, I even walked across the parking lot and got an ice cream cone from McDonald’s. Fifteen minutes pass, and I am growing impatient. I knock on the front door, and the same lady who takes takes my order comes to the door, and looks confused when I ask her about the status of my order. She has no idea who I am, and asks me what I ordered. Seriously? I break it down for her, and she says she’ll check on it, so I go back to the car and wait it out. Five minutes later, she comes outside to tell me that apparently our bucket of original chicken was «accidentally sold to someone else» after we placed our order, and all that was left was grilled chicken (which is absolutely no substitution for original chicken, in my opinion). We waited 20 minutes for this nonsense? Now I’m really irritated, because it’s 10pm, and I can’t get fried chicken anywhere else.
