Kohl’s

Using the website, purchasing online & checkout online was no problem. My experience online was ok. The in-​store pick-​up was disappointing. I went to the customer seevice counter with my order receipt, email and I. D as instructed. I said hi, I’m here for an online pick order. The clerk said wait a minute I’m waiting for the screen to come up. He then took my phone & ID out of my hand, scanned the bar code on the screen, then walked off. When he returned with my items, he printed a small receipt slip and THREW the pen and slip to me and said sign this. After signing, I handed him the signed slip, he pushed my bag at me and said Thanks.
His customer service was very poor, his attitude and demeanor was less than acceptable. I rearlly shop at Khols but this experience will make it never.

Really surprised by the good selection of women’s clothes … Dana Buchman line is good fitting with flattering lines, lots of workout clothes, good shoe department. Nice selection of kids clothes and housewares.
Overstocked today so some of the displays were a little messy and the dressing rooms had a lot of clothes left in them but it wasn’t unmanageable.

I stopped here because my Yes2You rewards were expiring and I needed some mascara. I was very shocked that I couldn’t find any mascara under $ 20 so I decided to purchase some pillows instead. The check out process is pretty smooth and the employees are normally very helpful. There’s always some type of sale going on, however I just wish this store was more organized. I found a lot of items out of place and had to use the in store scanners to double check the prices.

Let me start off by saying that I like the stuff at khols but man do they mark it up! Not to mention this store is sorta messy. In short nice stuff but marked up to get those «discounts» which only make it what price it should have been in the first place… it’s so true I’ve found a meme someone made!

I love Kohl’s! They have a great selection of clothing for everyone, housewares, gifts, etc. The store was recently remodeled, and I really like the new design.
Pay attention to when you shop here. There is always a sale, and like Cindy P noted, there are lots of special discounts and offers. You can also earn Kohl’s cash, which is $ 10 for every $ 50 spent on a future purchase. Combine that with your 30% and you are paying very little for lots of new clothes. Retail therapy at it’s finest! :-)

Boy they really know what they’re doing! I signed up for a Kohls account ages ago but have been a decent enough customer now that several times a year they send me a 30% off coupon.
And I LOVE IT. Kohl’s regular prices are amounts I won’t spend, Kohls 30%-80% off plus my 30% coupon? HEAVEN. They have a very good selection of styles and prices so I end up getting everything from going out clothes to house dresses. I also shop for my son there, and they even have stuff like picture frames, bed sets, seasonal toys, cards, and gift wrap.
I always end up with several large bags but it’s totally worth it. On my last spree, I bought 42 items for about an average of $ 7 a piece. My most expensive items were 2 pairs of shoes for about $ 30/​each, and my cheapest were super cute Hallmark birthday cards for about $ 1.50/each.
If you’re one of those people who like a good deal and don’t mind stocking up or browsing thru sales racks, Kohl’s seasonal sales is a must go. Just remember to sign up for their card and build up credit with them so you get those really great coupons in the mail.
