This was my first time trying kolache, and it turned out to be a great snack for breakfast! We ordered one sausage kolache each(around $ 1.78 total), and they heat it up for you at the cash register. The inside looks like a mini hot dog, and the outside bun was delicious and fluffy. There were numerous other flavor available such as egg, potato, and cheese, so I’ll probably try those next time. Great pit stop for a snack!

OMG! So many choices! They have everything from meat lovers to vegetarian. Not sure about vegan though. Staff greeted with a smile and great service.

I have never had kolache before. One was bbq and the other was ham and cheese. It seems that a kolache is a bun that is filled with meat or fruit. It took two of these to be a breakfast. They are good. I wish there was something like this where I live. I would be a repeat customer.

So good! I come here every few weeks or so for my kolache fix. The cashiers are very friendly/helpful. Usually get a dozen at a time, they freeze well and I’ll re-heat them for breakfast all week. I’ve even managed to hook my Louisiana friends, we make sure to grab a dozen to take back when they visit.

I love this place! Fantastic stop before work, and the selection of kolaches is the best I know of in Houston. I always take my friends from out of town here when they visit– Kolaches are apparently not really a thing in much of the U.S. My favorite is the jalapeño, sausage and cheese :)

Best location hands down, the kolaches are always fresh and the staff if very friendly. Love the fact that it’s next to Starbucks makes breakfast a breeze. I’ve been meaning to give them a good review for sometime but have always put it on the back burner, BUT I went in today and found out my all time favorite kolache is back the«Texas Hot», their polish hot was never«hot» enough for me and I was sad when they took the Texas hot away. But nonetheless it’s back! There is one con, the parking lot is kinda small but it’s a small price to pay to get my coffee and kolaches fix.

Always busy yet lots of workers so I never seem to have to wait in line long. Kolache factory kolaches are undeniably better than those you buy at other places around town. And it’s right next to starbucks, so one quick easy stop through this section takes care of your morning breakfast needs!

I like kolache factory and my favorites are the breakfasty kolaches! Egg ones or ham and cheese. Their cinnamon buns are also tasty. Their coffee is better now that they have switched to Katz coffee, but this one is right next to a Starbucks!

This wholesome, kolache-newbie-friendly little outlet in a quiet strip mall is the BEST place to hit up after some veeerrry late Friday night debauchery. I’m talking, party all night, stay up till 6AM on Saturday debauchery. I was on my way home after such an evening and was marvelously pleased to find this place open and waiting with invitingly fresh-baked pastries of various shapes, sizes, and fillings – savory, sweet, meaty, cheesy, veggie, you name it! The lady at the counter was SO sweet in giving me advice on what to get. I settled on their monthly special, which was the Denver omelette(bits of ham and egg cheese and… maybe spinach? I just remember thinking something along the lines of «cheesey gooey hot hot hot mouth burning but the pain hurts so good») in bun form. It was the first batch of kolaches out of the oven, and you could just taste the little sunbeams of fresh weekend goodness emanating out of that flattened sphere of carbohydrate-sheathed excellence. The only reason this doesn’t get five stars is that $ 2.50-ish for a small bun is pretty steep, in my opinion.(This review is really like a 4.5) I wouldn’t come here on the daily, but on the rare weekend morning I think it’s very worthwhile and very satisfying. Fun fact: for at least some of the pastries/kolaches(mine included), you can order them whole wheat!

This Kolache Factory has the friendliest staff ever. Really good food. I used to live in the area and eat there often. I need to go back here. I love the Spinach thingy. and the Huevos Rancheros. Mmmmmmm. Their coffee is kinda weak though.

I was driving by after a haircut, had never had a kolache before, was hurting a bit after a late Friday night, and figured, let’s check this out. Definitely going to be one of my go-to’s for weekend morning gnoshing. I had the hot polish kolache, which was tasty and not all that hot/spicy. The bacon, egg, and cheese was a little disappointing, since I didn’t taste any cheese and there was nearly no bacon. But, no matter — it’s cheap, tasty, and fast.

Love this location! Very friendly service. My fave is the cream cheese kolache and the sausage kolache. Wish there were locations in Lubbock or Dallas!
