Dr. Kotecha is extremely knowledgeable, very articulate and thorough in his practice. I have been his patient for past 17 years. He is very professional, and always takes the time to give me a complete eye exam — along with in-​depth explanations on what he is doing, why he is doing, and what those results mean. In fact, my two girls who are 13 and 14 years old, in their roaring age, who always ask «why» or say «I don’t care» love to visit him. Dr. Kotecha has an amazing gift to cater his service as per his customers. He educates my daughters in a logical way with humor and respect and always gives them choices. Due to his therapeutic approach, they feel connected with Dr. Kotecha, as do I and they think he is really «A cool doctor.» I would say he is more of a holistic doctor rather than just an eye doctor. He just does not treat patients with medications and eye drops but educates them with dietary recommendations that can help person with their eye health and also whole body. He has wealth of knowledge but he is very humble and easy to approach.
Dr. Kotecha has a devoted team of staff members in his clinic. They are very thorough, polite, and helpful. I have never faced any issues in getting appointments. Staff is very flexible and accommodating. The clinic is spic and span. The atmosphere of the clinic is very pleasant. Dr. Kotecha carries exclusive designer brands of eyeglasses and contact lenses with good pricing. My family and I would only go to Dr. Kotecha for our treatment and recommend anyone.
