La Fresca Pizza

Ordered pizza delivery last weekend. It was a bit off peak hours, probably 2pm, so the pizza was delivered quickly. I think only about 35 minutes. The delivery guy was friendly.
The pizza itself was pretty tasty — I’d say 3.5 stars — and we also got some breadsticks which is basically just baked pizza dough with a small container of sauce for dipping. There were 4 of us and the large was really not quite big enough. I don’t usually pay attention to the inches but I looked it up afterwards and the large at Fresca is 14″ vs 16″ at Pink’s and Two Guys so maybe that was my fault. In any case, order more than you think you need.
I guess in summary this wouldn’t be my immediate go-​to but I would order from here again, especially if I need it delivered quickly.

The absolute best pizza in town ! We ordered delivery for our company meeting and everyone was pleasantly surprised by the quality of their food. We ordered so much food and the bill was very reasonable considering the quantity. Food was fresh, price was right, order was on time, very nice staff.

Excellent pizza. My pie came hot and gooey with ample pepperoni lined up on each slice. Can’t beat the price and fast! Delicious crust and cheese was yummy.

I was picking up something from the cleaners next door the other day and decided to stop into this pizza joint and pick up some grub for me and my fiancés fat a$$es. First impression — very clean establishment… always nice to see these family run types of places taking pride in their business. The guy behind the counter was friendly and courteous and service was fast.
The menu is fairly diverse… they have the works — potato wedges, appetizers, calzones, wings, pastas, and salads… Everything you’d expect from a major chain but with fresher ingredients and more personal service.
I ordered the Pesto Pizza hand tossed and Veggie Pizza on thin crust and OMG YUMMM… Both were amazing, crust was crispy, ingredients tasted fresh, and they weren’t too greasy or heavy. I could double fist these pies all day. I only wish that I lived a little closer so I could get this delivered, but it’s definitely worth going out of my way for.

Good service, We ordered the whole wheat pizza with veggies. Actually really good and healthy! Can’t think of many pizza places that offer whole wheat pizza. Would come back.

I’m not sure what some of the other reviewers are raving about, they must not know good pizza. I ordered the veggie pizza and found it gross. The crust was preformed and had a sweetness like you find in bread loaded with preservatives. Fresca lol. This place, at best, is average. When people are spending hard-​earned money on your food, you shouldn’t cut corners. I ordered from here because my favorite inner-​loop place doesn’t deliver.

Absolutely wonderful pizza. Ordered the pizzas through this app, and it was ready for pickup in 20 minutes.
I ordered the Chicken Alfredo pizza and The Works pizza. Both were seriously so amazing. The pizza tastes so fresh and clean, and I didn’t feel terrible about myself after eating it.
It’s a little expensive, but I think that’s the price of eating a tasty pizza.
Absolutely worth it! If you’re on the fence, just do it.

The pizza here is pretty good, waiting time is not so good. I always order delivery so not sure about dine in though. I would still recommend it if you are not super hungry and you are in the area and need delivery.

I Enjoyed the freshly taste of pizza, loved the freshly taste of vegetables. They have variant types of toping and give you the choice to add more. The best thing that you could creat your own pizza toppings from A-​Z.
There price is kind of not cheap but the taste really deserve that.
The karby branch don’t have plenty of tables, they only have 1 table inside and the same outside. The are prepared to make pick up and online delivery orders.

Wow. Online order for Delivery to a person in a hotel. The pizza was NOT SLICED!!! The pizza was MISSING 2 ITEMS!!! My wing order WAS MISSING 2 ITEMS. If everything tasted amazing I might have… No I would still have issues figuring out how to tear a piece of this pizza off to eat it. What pizza joint doesn’t slice a pizza? I should had went with Pizza Hut or Dominoes. I at least know I’ll get consistency.

Soooooo good!!! Quality ingredients and delivery was so easy. I recommend customizing a pizza, wheat crust was delicious.

Great local place that totally outweighs the traditional pizza hut, dominoes or any other chain.
You want quality? You want quality fast? On time? Delivered? You have to get La Fresca Pizza.
Garlic? Yes please! The way they use fresh garlic on the numerous of varieties of kinds of pizza is heavenly. It’s not at all overpowering, but gives you that extra flavor that hits the spot.
So many different kinds to choose from. They even have wheat crust!
I definitely recommend La Fresca Pizza for any occasion, company party, late night stop, birthday, sports get together, or just to try a new kind of pizza and toppings.
They never disappoint and you’ll end up changing your favorite style of pizza each time you visit.

Take out pizza doesn’t get any better than this place! The quality of the cheese is the biggest catch to this place, it’s simply delicious! We order out from this place often and I haven’t had a bad pie yet! Pizza Hut and dominos… Kindly move over!

This place is great! It’s a small delivery joint right outside of Rice Village. I love, love, love how fresh their ingredients are and the crust is always cooked perfectly. The staff is friendly which is always a plus. :)

It’s extrmemely refreshing to find a pizza place with fresh ingredients! If you’re looking to veer away from regular old pizza places you usually order from, this is the perfect place to do it with!
Delivery was fast and on time. Had the choice to order wheat crust (I was very surprised to see this). Not only is this pizza better than all the other places, it’s also healthier. It’s a win win!

Had a Groupon at La Fresca so I put in an order on my way there after work. I attempted to order two medium pizzas but I was told they had a special deal for large pizzas that would be cheaper. When I asked if I could still use that deal since I had a Groupon I was told yes. This was al little unexpected but hey I’m not going to turn down an even better deal!
When I got to the pizza joint, I was told that I would have to pay full price for the large pizzas due to my Groupon. After I explained what I was told on the phone, they allowed me to use the original price. The lady on the phone also messed up on my order as she put marinara sauce on one of the pizzas instead up the white sauce I had requested. They offered to make me the white pizza free of charge while keeping the large so that was nice. It was just a headache because I had to argue with them and wait for a new pizza. With that being said, I appreciated them trying to make things right.
We had a large thin crust pizza with red peppers, a large wheat pizza with grilled chicken, and a medium white thin crust pizza with red peppers. Plus two orders of mozzarella sticks. As far as the quality of the food, it’s average but good for a weekday carryout. The ingredients are healthy so it’s definitely better than your neighborhood Pizza Hut or Domino’s.
No tables inside but they do have two tables outside if you want to dine in while the weather’s nice!

One of the greatest pizza places in the medical center. So fresh and tasty. The staffs are friendly, especially Mohammed. He helped us to get the right choices. I bought a coupon from Groupon ($ 12 for $ 20). The total was $ 43 and I paid only $ 23+ the coupon. I got four things as described below:
— 8 Pieces Boneless Chicken Wings with hot sauce
— 8 Garlic Breadsticks. Got it for free since I spent more than $ 10.
— Chicken Alfredo Pizza. It’s creamy Alfredo Sauce, Grilled Chicken, Broccoli Chunks, Fresh Mushrooms, and Red Onions.
–Mediterranean Pizza. La Fresca’s signature Garlic & Olive Oil Sauce, Grilled Chicken, Feta Cheese, Green Olives, Red Onions and Tomatoes
— Steak Philly Sub Sandwich. Thinly sliced steak, mushrooms, onions, green peppers, provolone cheese, La Fresca steak seasoning

I totally got sidetracked and forgot to take a photo of the pizza. It was pretty good. Not over not undercooked. I was very pleased.
This location is very convenient for me being less than half a mile away from my apartment. The parking lot is small; but it’s a small pick up joint, so a large parking lot isn’t really necessary at this location.
My order was ready and correct when I arrived. They guy was nice and the place was clean. I don’t know if this is my FAVORITE pizza place. Bit it’s on the list of good pizza joints.
I need to try their wings next time.
