We LoVE this place! Their drinks are excellent, and their sandwiches are delicious. We go there at least once a week for drinks and sandwiches, and get a filling dinner for under $ 15 for the two of us. The only complaint I have is they can get very busy and don’t always answer their phones when we try to place our order ahead of time. Glad to see they stay busy though– so they can stay in business and keep our bellies and tastebuds happy!

A HUGE selection of teas and coffee drinks. We love bubble tea so this place was perfect for us. The service is a little slow, but both or bobas were delicious.

Very clean, informative staff and not to mention the great variety of flavors. I ordered the coffee smoothie and it was delicious. Highly recommend.

Love this boba spot, including their sandwiches. BUT over the last few months it has become increasingly disappointing because they never seem to have enough meat for sandwiches. I understand people sell out, but that’s why you make more. According to one lady, she says they make the meat a few days in advance and then they just wait till whomever makes more. So if they’re out, you’ll never know when they’re going to restock. On top of that, the lady who took my boyfriends order forgot to add tapioca on the bill, after he told her 3 times yes he wanted it. When she brought the drink he mentioned it and she admitted she forgot and tried to charge him $.54 cents on his card more to replace it. I’m not a business owner, but I feel if you can’t let 54cents slide for YOUR mistake, you should probably remember to charge it the first 3 times your customer asks.

This place is great. The drinks are delicious and the tapioca itself is really good. The sandwiches are also really good as well. Now, the reason I give them 3 stars is because they seem to ALWAYS run out of meat for the sandwiches, specifically the pork and Korean bbq. The last 5 or so times I have wanted to go, I have called ahead and they have not had meat for sandwiches. The food and drinks are great but as far as availability goes, they are extremely inconsistent. Call ahead if you want a sandwich to see if they even have the stuff to make them.

I have been meaning to try this place for a while. Because boba. The plaza is barely noticeable. Even though I have passed it plenty of times, I didn’t realize it existed until I was searching for boba in the Cypress area. I thought I had tried them all, but much to my surprise there was one more teahouse I had yet to try. I was super excited, especially because most of the other teahouses in the area have let me down. Is it obvious yet I’m a boba addict? The interior is tinier than most teahouses, but they have a good variety of seating with plenty of board games. It was completely empty when I came in, but it was also 6:30PM on a Sunday in Cypress, so that’s understandable. They also had a drive thru that had two cars in it at that time. They also have parking and an entrance in the back. Also unfortunately there’s no left turn lane. What makes Le’s unique is there are many more flavors than the other teahouses in Cypress. There are nearly 50 different drinks offered. This place is cheaper than most boba places. $ 3.00 + $ 0.50 for tapioca for an average sized cup. And for another $ 0.50 you get a huge jumbo sized cup. They also have a rewards program through your phone number where you buy 10, get 1 free. Almond cream tea — 4⁄5 I ordered almond cream tea and it was pretty good. The drink was creamy and their boba was good too. I would have given the drink 5⁄5 stars, if there was just a little more flavor to the drink. The flavor was just not strong enough. As the ice starts to melt, the flavor got even more watered down. Red plum tea — 0⁄5 I took a sip expecting a sweet plum taste but was shocked to taste SALT. I mean this drink was salty beyond any drink I’ve ever had. I couldn’t have more than a sip, and the salt seeped into the boba too. I guess I should’ve asked the cashier what red plum flavor is supposed to be. It was completely my mistake for ordering this. tl;dr — Cheapest boba in Cypress for a good drink and very wide variety of flavors.

THISPLACEUSEDTOBEGOOD! Not anymore. I ordered 2 jumbo size drinks today(cream tea and lychee tea) However, they only charged me one jumbo and one regular size but I told him I wanted 2 jumbo size. So he ended up charge me a dollar extra. I don’t mind to pay extra but I saw this guy(in the back) already made my lychee tea in a regular size, instead of making me more tea(since I’ve already paid for my extra tea) he opened it up and put it to the jumbo cup. I was like«the heck». Look at my drink without me even drinking yet! OMG. I’m not blind.

After eating at Thai chefs we came over here for dessert. I had the lavender cream tea. The drink was ok. Tapioca house is much better. The boba was very bland. Service was pretty slow too it seemed like. It’s nice to see that they have a drive thru. I heard this place is the best in the area… I suppose. It’s just ok to me though.

Fun little tea house place!!! Yummy drinks and so many selection! Finally don’t have to drive all the way out to Chinatown to get my baba tea fix! There also board games provided so it would be a nice place to hang out and chill!!!

This is my third time here and they have disappointed me all three time. Service was slow and thr three times I’ve been here they are out of pork bbq sandwich and taro blend. I used to to work in the food industry and I feel that it is poor management and preparation. I hope they fix that problem soon or else they will lost more patrons to competition.

Great little spot with friendly service. Their ice blends and real fruit ice blends with strawberry popping boba have been my favorites so far. When you stop by, you have to try the Korean Sandwich! Yumm-O! By the way, this tea house is right next door to Thai Chefs(THEBESTTHAIPLACEINHOUSTON)– so what the heck, have your dessert first at Le’s, then walk next door for dinner! You will not be disappointed! Enjoy ;)

This tea house is located next to Thai chefs(best Thai food in cypress). It looks super cute and cozy inside, and has over 200 drink flavors so it looked pretty promising, but the drinks tasted really sad and not good at all. :(We got a watermelon ice blend and coffee cream blend. The watermelon mint flavor tasted really weird and artificial and for some reason it was brown instead of pink? What am I drinking lol… The coffee blend was super bitter, tasted like no sugar was in it whatsoever. Won’t be coming back anytime soon.

I like the friendly staff, the point system they have in place, and the yummy taro cream blend. It is closer than Chinatown and sold at a good price. I will return with family and friends.

I came by after a visit to the area and was craving my ultimate comfort food — Vietnamese sandwiches. Unfortunately, this place did not do the food any justice. I walked into an empty shop. Although the employees and owner were pleasant, that quality did not translate into their food. We waited 15 minutes for our sandwiches, which were made to order. I got the shredded chicken banh mi and the pork banh mi. The chicken was hard, dry, and abysmally bland. The pork was equally dry. After waiting for so long for our sandwiches, I was expecting killer sandwiches. Despite being made to order, the ingredients were not fresh at all, and I left disappointed. On a side note, their bathroom was clean, and the shop had an animé theme.

Horrible service! Horrible drinks. My mom got the avacado smoothie while I was togo-ing the food from Thai Chefs and waiting for the check. I took about 10 minutes until I was done with everything and walked over to Le’s Teahouse to get my mom to leave. T ok my surprise, she was still waiting for her order. There were 2 other people waiting for their drinks as well. We waited another 10 minutes for our drink. 20 minutes in total… when the drink came out, it was not good! They used an unripe avacado and the flavor was lacking. I thought I was drinking a water smoothie. The price is a bit higher than other teahouses and it was not worth it at all. Don’t ever come here!

If you like you some milk teas and some sandwiches you really need to experience this business. Great customer service they were very friendly and patient on my visit . Its small so its hard to see off of Barker Cypress and 529 heading south on Barker Cypress. they have a drive thru I wanted write a review just to say it was a good experience I will return to this tea house soon! They even made me my own personal drink Coco with Almond it was suggested they would create it for me besides over the 50 variations of drinks maybe more Again very nice place

This place popped up on my Unilocal app as a place to try. Since it was close, I figured«hell why not.» I clicked on the address to navigate me and after my apple maps made do an unnecessary u-turn, I finally found myself at this teeeny little teahouse. Parking was horrible, there’s about 10 parking spots available in this strip that houses a restaurant and other stuff. Drink: lots of stuff to choose from, overwhelming to be honest. Decided on the Almond milk tea with egg pudding. Drink was pretty good, forgot how much it cost but it was under $ 5. It was just a little bit too sweet for my taste though. They also have that ridiculous jumbo size cup here for .50 extra. Service: the girl that was working the register was really friendly and quick. I’ll probably be back to try their Matcha Cream tea. I hate driving all the way to bellaire to get my fix.
