This shop has very cute children’s clothing. When you are purchasing, they are very helpful and willing to bend over backwards for you. For that I would give the store 5 stars; however, I am giving Licorice and Lace a 3 star rating due to their «return» policy. I bought dresses and needed to return them due to my oldest not liking my selection. There is no return policy on their recept, nor in the store. Yet when I go to return them, I am told they have 20 day, wait no, a 10 day (???) return policy. I just happen to come on a day that their signs were being remade…
I was offered a store credit, but as I had to purchase more dresses, I really wanted a credit to my card. So I ended up leaving with outfits my daughters will love, but at a very expensive cost.
