I made what I consider a significant purchase from Ligne Roset this year and it was an awful experience. The staff is young(inexperienced, first job in the industry?) and I felt I had no control over my purchase once the invoice was paid. I inquired regarding delivery multiple times and no only were my emails not returned, when I attempted to address the issues, it felt futile. This experience makes me see this brand in a different light and I will not purchase again. I have had completely opposite experiences with Sunset Settings on Bissonnett(the two owners have in depth knowledge of and a passion for their product). When you purchase, they can spend the whole«check out» process discussing the history of the brand, the specifics of the piece. You feel transported to a different world! They are lovely. Also I must mention Carla Munoz the manager at Internum; very down to earth and savvy with price/delivery organization. Selection is more«modern» perhaps than the classic design pieces at Sunset Settings but equally exciting/special. Houston, know that you have options when it comes to purchasing something that you have worked hard for.

Disappointed, they couldn’t even get back to my email in one week, Glad their Miami store is there to help, once again… I mean jeeze, it is just a slipcover for a really pricey sofa you sold me that could be changed by changing the slip covers.

Clean, contemporary, architectural(«design-driven») furniture for every room of your house. The style is at once modern(think: 50’s, in a good way) and contemporary(think: Ikea grew up). I’ve fallen in love with many a couch and cushion here. Pieces come in neutrals as well as bright accent colors. Prices aren’t prohibitive… well, not usually. If nothing else, it’s worth a browse for inspiration.
