I drove to this store from the other side of Houston after viewing some of the furniture items on their website. After looking at a fireplace mantel, I asked the sales associate if he could turn on the electric fire place so that I could see it functioning. He replied yes and walked away. So I waited… and waited… and waited some more. While he proceeded to chit chat with the woman behind the counter. No follow to me, no acknowledgment nothing. I guess I turned invisible after my question. I don’t expect top notch service at a discount outlet but where ever you go, there is at least a minimum expectation of service. I’ll take my business elsewhere. Don’t waste your time with this place. After some Googling I found their prices are not a discount at all.

Today was my first time visiting the store and everything in there caught my attention. They have a little bit of everything and the people who own it are very nice. THE prices are awesome and cant be beat. Check it out you will be addicted
