I have lived here for over 6 years, the management switches every year it seems. And every time they got to make changes. It’s so annoying, because you have to obide by the new rules. For example, A few months ago we got a letter on a door(assuming I got it) to stop by the apartment office and get your parking sticker. All visitors are to park in the visitor only parking. Well keep in mind they also have our car & license in their data base linked to the apartment number. But instead of sending me a friendly reminder a few months go by & I forgot to pick up my sticker. Completely forgot about it altogether. So Monday morning i’m walking out to my car to go to work & my car was gone. I about had a heart attack at first I thought it was stolen. I called the police & come to find out they(the mandolin) had it towed. Nothing to let me know. No warning, no reminder. I was so upset that day and ended up missing a whole entire day of work because of it. Not only that, I work two jobs(one full-time & one part-time) to make ends meet & missing a day of work because of this & to get it out of the storage was costly($ 188). I’ve never experienced anything like this. There is no reasoning with them. They just said, well we sent you a notice. Well you only sent me one a few months ago. A reminder would’ve been lovely. Thanks for treating me like a number instead of a resident(customer) and a long time one at that. JERKS! Also, my car has been broken into twice living here, two different cars over the years. And a friend of mine got his tailgate stolen off of his truck. I’ve seen cars lifted up on bricks with all their tires taken off… They are more worried about a resident being parked without a sticker on the car than the safety of their residents. BS!

The management and the people that work up front do not know what they are doing. The maintenance guy is never around. They do not talk about the added fees for cable, trash and pest control. They never answer the phone and the answering service does not work. One time I called and needed maintenance to come out and fix the shower rod that was falling down that they did not fix before I moved in the guy up front said he was on his way and he never showed up and maintenance does not work on weekends so if you need any repairs they will not come out. They did not properly clean the apartment before I moved in either. WORSTEXPERIENCEEVER!

Most unprofessional and fraudulent rental company. Add $ 50 mandatory fee for direct tv. They didn’t mention this but it was in the lease. The application fee was very different when I went in to pay. My advise is to stay away from these shady people. When you consider the fees they are not really cheaper.

Don’t move here. The travesty that is parking and towing rules. ISFUCKINGRIDICULOUS. People speed through the parking lot. And too many screaming goddamn children.

Horrible horrible horrible!!! There is no parking so their bright idea is to charge for the few spots there are! So you can either walk 10 minutes to your car or pay extra a month for a reserved spot. Pools are disgusting and there are flowers in the hot tub! Really pay to get it fixed, not plant flowers in there. This place is a mess We have lived here for awhile and we have had so many issues with plumbing etc.
