Great service! Ask for Christian. Wonderful mattresses and very helpful. He encourages you to take a pillow and lay for 2 minutes on all beds your interested in. Really helps you find the perfect matatress that fits your comfort needs.

Craig was great. We came in twice about thirty minutes before closing and he was extremely patient. I recommend coming here.

Quality and prices are not that spectacular. But customer service was excellent. I think the sales associates go to a different location every day. The sales associate was helpful and not pushy. There was a promotion that ended the day before, but she still went ahead and gave me the promotion price. Delivery was the same night and they came when they said they would. The guys were fast and efficient, they wore booties to protect your carpet. BUT, sadly, the $ 950 bed I bought has been causing me extreme back pain, which is not necessarily their fault. The bed is much more firm than the one in the store. I am going to have to return it (100 day guarantee). If they give me any gripe about it, I’ll update this review.
Edit: I actually did not return the bed. Just needed time to adjust. I love it.

First-​off, I’d call this West Houston — not Westchase.
I needed a mattress and this place is right in my neighborhood.
I dealt with Shiloh, a nice young woman who assisted me in picking out what I was looking for. On a scale of 1 to 10, 10 being the most sales-​y, she was a comfortable 5. She spent about two hours with me going over each item I was interested in, and gave me her contact details when I stepped outside to make a phone call, and then she had to leave as her shift was over.
Their selection was rather small, but so are their locations — they are really every other block in this city. There’s a spot on the Katy Freeway that has three Mattress Firms. I feel really bad for the salespeople: they have to compete against one another. When someone consistently does well in sales, they get a ‘home’ store. Otherwise they rotate around to different stores in greater Houston.
As I was saying about Shiloh, I came back the next day only to find her not present. I dealt with another individual, a male, who was just as pleasant and knowledgeable.
However, I did not end up buying a mattress from Mattress Firm. The gentleman quoted me for a price, and then said he would inquire about getting back to me if I could qualify for three year financing as I was just short of the limit for that level.
I left my contact details but never heard back. After I cross shopped, I found a better price on a similar product and did not end up using Mattress Firm.
As a positive, on the items that were negotiable, they did indeed attempt to negotiate a price that was lower than the suggested retail price given my interest, and threw in a few extras. However the deal was not to be made as they could not match a deal I found elsewhere.
I hope their employees do well; the whole process seems cutthroat.
