Spent $ 3000 on a sears and forsters mattress, pad, box spring and delivery. Mattress has not been comfortable since we bought it. Waited to see if it need us to get used to it. Now at 4 months and there is nothing store can do. Only refer us to warranty dept, we pay $ 25 for someone to come look at it. Says indentations are normal so I doubt they will do anything. The mattress is faulty and has an indention where I sleep, the buttons hit my side. When I wake up, I am sore from the bed. Horrible mattress and horrible customer service. Shame that my mattress is only 4 months old and so uncomfortable.
