I have been using Meagan Adair Designs for my personal and professional needs ever since Meagan started her company. If it involves any sort of paper or graphic design, I call Meagan Adair Designs. The customer service is wonderful, and the design and print time is exceptional. Sometimes I know exactly what I want and she makes the picture in my head come alive. Other times, I only have a general theme/color scheme and just let her go from there. There is no limit to her creativity. Any invitation that she has created for a birthday party, bridal shower, baby shower, etc. has gotten TONS of compliments. I will continue to use and recommend Meagan Adair Designs for a very long time.

I wish that I would have gotten to experience the amazing work and customer service that everyone else has. I cannot express how excited I was when I came across this business and all the lovely reviews it had. I wanted to design custom moving announcements and house warming invitations so of course I called them up, it was a Monday. No one answered so I left a message about what I wanted and left a contact number. A couple of days went by and I hadn’t heard back from them so I called back and left another message, giving the same information as before. A couple days went by again and since it was the end of the week I decided to send an email, because I know that for a lot of people email is easier for them to give a quick response back to, and I went a head and added all the information about what I wanted to do in my email. And almost a week latter the response that I have received is: …*insert cricket sounds here… and here… and here… Not getting back in touch with a potential client after they have tried contacting you serval different times through the different medians that you have provided on your website, Facebook page, and websites like Unilocal is the opposite of amazing wonderful customer service. Even if you are experiencing extraneous circumstances a call back, or a reply to an email, saying«Thanks so much for your inquiry however because of „blank“ I can’t take on any new work right now. But please keep us in mind in the future.» is an example of great/amazing/wonderful customer service and its just the proper thing to do. By not even giving a response you don’t only lose that business now but you have lost future business as well because you have completely turned these potential clients off of your business. A potential client should never have to try so hard in order to GIVE you their business. You are the one who is supposed to be jumping through hoops to GET their business and if you’re unable fill the needs of potential clients’ or if its a job that your not interested in taking on it is still your responsibility to communicate this to them. The level of excitement that I felt when I discovered this business is the level of disappointed I now feel. Not to mention the bad taste in my mouth.
